Hyped up to the eyeballs about a night out clubbing, Ryuu ran into the shower and washed, carefully avoiding getting his hair wet, before shaving - a rarity - and running back out into the dorm. He’d forgotten his towel, but luckily Tom was out, and he dried himself, pulling on his clothes in a hurry. He stopped, and inspected himself in the mirror. He’d found a white shirt, and tight black jeans with a rip in the left knee. Grinning, he threw on a pimp hat, and sprayed deodorant, before grabbing his wallet which was recently topped up by his pay day cheque, and dashed out the room. He then dashed back in, because he’d forgotten his car keys.
The sound of music vibrated through Ryuu’s bones as he drove to the parking lot behind the club. His music - Red Hot Chili Peppers - was turned up super loud, and was practically rocking the rusted chassis apart. He counted his lucky stars when he found a parking spot near the club, and hopped out, walking along to the muffled beat of the music inside. Forgetting his cigarettes, he paused to go back and get them, then scolded himself and continued to walk.
Standing near the back of the queue, he hung back to wait for the others, rocking up on the balls of his feet in time to the music.

This ain't a song for the broken-hearted No silent prayer for the faith-departed I ain't gonna be just a face in the crowd You're gonna hear my voice When I shout it out loud
Maxxie had his bright white headphones plugged into his ears, Bon Jovi playing, turned up so loud that he didn't actually need to have the headphones in. He'd had to make do with walking to Club Sierra, since he hadn't bothered getting driving lessons, or bought a car. It was too expensive, why bother when the things you needed where a few minutes away.
He hummed to himself and stopped suddenly to drop his lit cigarette on the floor, stubbing it out with his shoe, ignoring the few strange looks he received by a passing woman, he continued dragging his orange converse along the concrete pavement. He wore his dark jeans and a blue grey shirt, which was loosely done up, and after finally hunting down his favourite pair of shoes, his orange converse. As he neared the club, he wrapped the headphones around his black iPod and stuffed it back into his jeans.
Max could just about spot Ryuu from where he was, and the queue. Why was there always such a queue. It was irritating. He walked over quickly, refusing the urge to pirouette his way over to his friend. It'd be best if he stuck to walking, "Yo" He said, shaking his hand, trying to make his fingers click, but the attempt was useless.

Ryuu spotted Maxxie making his way over, and grinned, going to meet him. Laughing at his pathetic attempt to hurt his hand, he yanked him closer and wrapped an arm round his back. “Yo, yo. What’s cookin?” he grinned, letting him go from his trade mark ‘Ryuu Bear’ hug - aptly named by Holly. He glanced around, looking for her, but didn’t spot the blonde haired girl. “We should get in the queue. We’ll be here all night if we don’t,” he rolled his eyes, and shuffled over to the end of the line. He stuffed his hand in his pocket, and pouted when he realised he had no cigarettes. Looking over at Max, he opened his mouth to ask for one of his, and then shut it again, bearing scary resemblance to a fish. Sighing, he scuffed his shoes on the pavement, feeling a head ache behind his eyes. Giving up smoking was harder than he thought.

"Yoyo" Maxxie repeated, that never failed to make him laugh, he was immature enough to find it funny every time. He returned the hug, over exaggerating a little as he patted Ryuu on the back. You know like everyone does in films, when someone is upset. "Wheres blondie?" He asked looking around for Holly, also curious to where she was. He followed Ryuu over to the end of the queue, thankfully Maxxie was quite patient but he still hated queuing.
He frowned when Ryuu looked at him strangley, "You look like you're missing something..." He told him, answering his blank look.

Holly was glad that she could go out tonight with her best friends. She really did need cheering up, after what she just found out, but maybe it wasn't as bad as she thought it was. She brushed her hair until it was so straight she didn't need to use her straighteners. She applied some make-up, just not as much as she is used to, she really couldn't be bothered. She really didn't care if the guys laughed at her for not having lots of makeup on. She threw on one of her favourite dresses and her favourite shoes. She ran out of her dorm and out of the school. She eventually made it to the club but she couldn't see Ryuu or Maxxie anywhere from a distance. She walked up slowly to the line and noticed Ryuu and Maxxie were already there, she smiled, she was glad that she wouldn't have to wait for them. She walked slowly up to them and giggled behind them, she was so little that they hadn' t noticed her yet. She tapped them both on their shoulder and smiled again, maybe the real Holly was coming back to her faster than she thought. "Hey guys!" she said happily [/size]

Ryuu shrugged. “Dunno. Keep your eyes low. She’s so short, she’s easy to miss,” he laughed at his own, slightly mean joke, and looked around aimlessly. He turned back to Max with a lazy swing of his body when he heard him speak, and he adjusted his black pimp hat. “Err…I am. Giving up smoking is hard,” he whinged, and pouted slightly, acid green eyes turned puppy style. When he felt a tap on his shoulder, he jumped, and spun round. “Holly babes!” he grinned, and wrapped his arms round her, squishing her into a big bear hug. She was so short, he could probably lift her off the ground no problem, but he didn’t try because she could pack a nasty punch when she was mad. “You ‘kay?” he asked, eyeing the crowd for a chance to jump the queue.

Maxxie lent against the cold wall, "You quit?" He answered, slightly supirsed, but he hadn't meant to show it, "Since when?" He laughed, but he lost interest as Holly arrived. "Hey Holly" He said to her equally happily, reaching out to ruffle her hair. He didn't think she'd be too pleased with that, but he grinned stupidly at her.
He seemed to notice something was wrong, everyone kept asking her if she was okay, and on the IM chat rooms Holly avoided the question. Ryuu seemed to know, but he didn't want to ask, Holly would tell him and she might be embarrassed or something.

Holly laughed a little as she had the breath in her knocked out by one of Ryuu's famous bear hugs that he was so good at. "Yeah, I'm alright..I'll live...hopefully" she smiled a little As soon as she was put back down she felt Maxxie ruffle her hair. Ugh!, she hated people doing that to her, especially people she couldn't do it back to hardly. "Ugh! Max! she whined as she tried to flatten her hair back down with her palms "It takes me forever to do my hair and you go do that! she said half playfully "I just might be able to do that to you one day" she laughed a little as she knew the chance of that were slim to none.

“Since yesterday,” he pouted, feeling very sorry for himself, but then he just reminded himself that there were worse problems out there, and perked up again instantly. He laughed when Max messed up Holly’s hair, and tugged at a bit of his hair. “You should grow it. Long hair is by far sexier on men,” he smirked, and grabbed Maxxie’s wrist, pulling him in front of a group of noisy sophomores, gesturing for Holly to follow. This was Alex’s favourite game to play…Ryuu felt a bit sad when he thought of Alex. They seemed to have drifted apart, thanks to the final loss of Ryuu’s self control. “You sure you want to drink yourself silly? Because I am,” he grinned, draping his arm round Holly. It was easy to do that when she was so much shorter than him. He wasn’t remarkably tall, but at 5’ 10” he was still taller than most girls.

Maxxie just continued to grin at her, he knew she wouldn't stay mad at him. That's why he did it. "When you grow" He smirked playfully, replying to her comment. He liked being tall, that's why he was such a good dancer, his height helped in some ways.
"Well than you can't complain already" Max said, confused, if Ryuu had only quite smoking for one day, surely he wouldn't be having withdrawal symptoms. "I like my hair" Maxxie said ruffling his own blonde hair, pouting slightly, he could pull it off, unlike other guys such as Alex, who just looked funny. "So what's the occasion?" He asked randomly, after he'd let Ryuu pull him so they were now ahead of some rather annoyed sixteen year olds. He didn't seem to think this outing was particularly spontaneous.

Holly liked it that some her best friends were around her, maybe just for tonight she could forget about her little problem or was it really a problem? Maybe she should be happy about it but she didn't feel very happy. She felt Ryuu pull her aside past a group of younger people, she thought it was funny that Ryuu was so forward. “You sure you want to drink yourself silly? Because I am Ryuu asked her She didn't know how to answer that. Maybe she could drink herself silly, but that would probably kill her little problem or she could not drink at all and feel happy about it for once. She secretly wished PJ was here because then she could tell him, she knew she had to eventually and if not he would eventually see it. "I can't Ry" she whispered so only he could hear. She wanted to tell maxxie, afterall he was one of her best friends and best friends share everything....right? She jusy didn't know how to tell him and she didn't want him to freak out like she did.

Sidling past a couple that was making out, he shrugged. “I was having up to fifteen a day. You’d miss it too.” Sighing, he glanced at Holly, and looked sad, only with his eyes. The queue was moving a bit, and he shoved his hands in his pockets, impatient to get in. “There better be some hot, drunk guys in there. Bill’s the most boring boyfriend in the world,” he grumbled, tugging at a strand of hair that was in his eyes.

Holly walked into the club and could hear the music blasting right away. At the sound of music Holly usually wanted to go and dance right away, but tonight she just didn't feel like dancing at all. After she thought about that she might have a child with her, the whole despression of a few days back hit her again. She was determined not to let it make her cry again or she would make a scene. Holly liked to make scene's sometimes but not in the way that she might. "You can go find as many drunk guys as you want Ry, I think I might go home" she muttered "Maybe it was a bad idea, me coming here tonight"

Maxxie rolled his eyes at Ryuu, that was such a typical thing to say. "Why are you going out with him then?" He asked, which was a sensible enough question, Ryuu having a boyfriend didn't really make sense. And surely Bill would find out about all this... cheating or whatever, and get really upset.
He looked at Holly, still not understanding why she was acting all paranoid, and not her usual self. "What you talking about Holz?" He asked, when she mentioned that she should probably go home. "You can't leave me alone with Ryuu!" He said, in a mock pleading tone. He was joking, of course.

Ryuu laughed, and elbowed Maxxie playfully in the ribs. “Shut up. I’ll have you in the corner after about two pints,” he grinned, then remembered why it had come up, and rushed over to Holly, pulling her into a massive bear hug. “Aw Holly. Don’t be silly, you can still have a good time,” he grinned, and ran a hand through her hair, “You don’t like drinking anyway, remember?” he laughed, remembering their convocation on IM the other night.
