Devyn kept his focus on Hart, taking in the bright red blush covering has face, and thinking about how he'd stiffened up when he touched him. This was good, just what he'd been going for. He opened his mouth to speak but was cut off by Hart saying something about kissing him. He was shocked to say the least, that Hart had admitted to wanting to kiss him. Devyn raised an eyebrow and turned away as he smirked to himself. Could this get any easier? he thought, his face returning to the glazed over, blank expression he used to mask his emotions when he glanced back at Hart. He watched as he wrapped his arms around himself.
Shifting again - he always seemed to be incredibly restless when he was high - Devyn moved so he was sitting on his knees, facing Hart. He decided to go for the innocent 'boy with a crush' act as glanced at the floor before looking back up with an innocent expression on his face.
"It's fine. But really, if you feel you should do it, then.. well.." he trailed off, twisting his hands together in his lap as he attempted to feign nervousness, forgetting that Hart wasn't even looking at him. Reaching down, he placed his hand under Hart's chin, bringing their faces to eye level. He gazed into his eyes for a few seconds before he pressed a soft, chaste kiss to Hart's lips, pulling away just as quick.

<sup>Hart bit his lip nervously as Devyn raised an eyebrow and looked away. Had he said the wrong thing? Was he reading too much in to Devyn’s actions? He felt like a total ass now…god, had he really fooled himself into thinking Devyn liked him back because he wanted it so much? Sighing, he looked up as Devyn moved again. Why was he so restless? Had Hart made him embarrassed, or was it just the weird cigarette he’d been smoking? Glancing away as Devyn spoke, he felt his blush creeping back. Unexpectedly, he felt a touch to his chin, and turned with the pressure, staring back into Devyn’s blood shot eyes. His body was buzzing with excitement and fear, and suddenly there was the sensation of skin brushing against his lips. He moved forwards as Devyn pulled away, shifting onto his knees and clutching at the other boy’s shirt as he kissed him back. It was an innocent kiss, as he pressed his lips to Devyn’s, closing his eyes as he felt a blissful release. It was like all the tension inside him had been washed away with the exchanging of kisses. Without warning, Hart scooted away from Devyn, mouthing something undecipherable.
“I…I’ve got to go,” he stammered, his voice cracking with a flood of emotion. He turned and ran from the bathroom, hurrying for his locker.

Reaching his locker, he skidded to a halt. His cheeks were still flushed red as a wine stain, and he scooped up his bag, wrenching his phone from its pocket as he raced away towards the exit, voice messaging Holly on the fly. He had to talk to her…</sup>

Devyn smiled when Hart grabbed at his shirt and kissed him back, he certainly hadn't expected that. He was ready and willing to see how far he could get Hart to go, when the boy shifted away from him. He watched from the floor as Hart raced from the bathroom and stared at the door, completely confused.
"Fuck. You have got to be kidding," he muttered to himself as he wondered where he'd screwed up. Hart had said he wanted to kiss him, so it wasn't like it came out of nowhere. Or maybe to Hart it had? He frowned and debated over whether or not he should try to go find his classmate, but decided against it as he pulled himself off the floor, gathering his backpack as he did so. The bell would be ringing soon for class to end, and really, he had no clue where Hart would have ran off to anyway. As he left the bathroom, he dismissed the whole thing. He'd given Hart a chance, and he hadn't taken it. Although he still wanted to screw Hart, he wasn't about to beg for it.
Upon making it to the school exit, Devyn frowned, knowing he'd be in a pissy mood for the rest of the day because of Hart's running off.
