Rachel could hear voices from around the corner. She could slightly reckonise the voices, but not enough to know who they were. Dakota had walked off ages ago living her here, so it couldn't be her.
"Whoever is around the corner, I can hear you!" She yelled out at them.

Alex heard the call from whoever it was around the corner.
"Rachel?" He said surprised, "What happened?" He asked, wanting more details, he turned the corner, and saw Rachel by the lockers, he was quite shocked.

"I thought it was you." Rachel muttered. "Dakota was around there with you, wasn't she?" Rachel asked, wanting to know the truth. "I'm fine, I just need to get up and walk." Rachel said, standing up and holding the lockers, but she fell back down again. "OK, that hurt." She said looking around the hall.

Dakota grimiced. She grabbed Alex's hand and leaned on his sholder. A few tears rolled down her face and whispered "I'm sorry." She didn't know who she was talking to, mostly herself maybe.

Alex looked from one girl to the other, and sighed silently, wondering if this was all his fault.
He walked over to Rachel, edging Dakota to come with him. "You're not fine" He said simply, offering to help her up.
"Look.. what's going on between you guys...?"

"I did not cool you a stupid slut. You read between the lines!" Rachel said trying to pull herself. No such luck, she can landing on the ground again. "And why should you be the one crying, when your not the one that got punch like five times!"

"Whatever." Rachel moaned as she tried to stand again. This time she stood still, well she wobbled a bit. She leaned herself against the lockers and held herself there. "Now, I don't care what you think Dakota, but stop being the big bitch that punches everyone and then when your boyfriend comes, you act like a baby. No one likes people with split personalites." Rachel told her.

Alex sighed, he obviously had to side with Dakota, but he did feel bad for Rachel as well.
"You guys have taken this too far" He said plainly, "I know I have no right to interrupt, and I'm not even sure why you two girls are still fighting" He explained, clutching Dakota's hand, supportively.

"Whatever." Rachel said. OK. Maybe that was mean, but she didn't care. No one was on her side for this, none of her REAL friends were anyway. Rachel turned around to walk away. "I'm leaving or well trying to. Because know one is on my side for this and standing still is hurting."

"We're fighting because I'm sick of people thinking I'm stupid. And I'm sick of people calling me a slut. I was trying to be nice.. well, civil, to her. And she started being a bitch. And I'm sick of it." Dakota said, tightening her grip on his hand.

Meadow ran out into the hallway, but apparently missed the fight. She stood in the door way stunned. Rachel was leaning on a locker bleeding, and Alex was with Dakota. "Holy, Shit!" Meadow exclaimed and ran over to Rachel. "Oh my god, are you okay?" She helped her stand up straight and brushed her hair out of her face. Meadow slowly turned to Dakota and Alex.
"Dakota! I know you're better than that. I don't give a shit what she said. You should have walked away," Meadow said. She was furious with both of them, and she couldn't believe what had just happened. "Why Rachel? It's not worth it..." she whispered to her friend.
