Alex turned around, wiping his mouth with his hoody.
He turned to Dakota, "It's not your fault" He said bluntly, with almost no emotion. "Look, I'm annoyed, I just want to be alone" He said, not meaning to sound like a jerk. He certainly felt like one.
"I'll call you when I've calmed down" He said kissing her on the cheek gently, and continued walking away from the cafeteria and towards his dormitory.
He heard Joe, but continued walking. "I'm fine" He said, "Leave me alone"
