There is a thin line between, what is good and what is evil, I would tiptoe down that line, but I would feel unstable. My life is a circus, and I am tripping down the tightrope, Well, there is nothing to save me now, I’m falling to the ground. Falling to the ground. Down to the ground
Sitting on a bench on the inside of the mall’s entrance, he watched the people walking past. His jacket was wet from standing outside, and it’d soaked him to the bone. He needed to take off his shirt too, but he decided against it in a public place like this. Maybe this was a good excuse to make a visit to Hot Topic? He checked his phone again, in case Astoria changed her mind about coming, and sighed. He felt like such a jerk. Speaking of jerks, a group of populars walked past, and pointed and laughed at him, jeering at him with stuff like ‘emuuuuu!’ and ‘cheer up emo kid!’. He glared at them, and uttered a string of swear words under his breath, just to stop himself from getting up and smacking one in the face. He glanced at the doors again, his heart aching to see that bright, sunny head of hair again.

Astoria paced her room trying to remember where she had put her iPod, sighing she gave up on the hunt. She usually kept everything in certain places so she wouldn't lose anything. Maybe she'd left it somewhere else.
She fiddled with the key on her key chain, and suddenly had the idea to slip it onto her necklace. She should make Avery one. Grabbing her phone she headed out of her dormitory and made her way to the mall, using her hood as shelter from the rain.
The mall was quite busy, and she struggled to get through a group of older guys. She pushed through and noticed Danni sitting on a bench quite near to the water fountain.

The sound of the fountain only heightened Danni’s wet feeling, and he was getting irritated again. He took a few deep breaths, and seemed to calm down. The next time he looked up he spotted Astoria working through the crowd, and he stood up, going over to meet her. His hair dripped water in his eye and he frowned. “I’m sorry about just leaving you with Chris. He’s such a jerk. He needs to learn to knock now he has a roomy,” he sighed, he was going to say something like ‘He needs to learn to knock, I could have been naked or something,’ before he realised how terribly suggestive that would have been, luckily changing his mind before it slipped out. His hair dripped again, and he rolled his eyes irritably. How stupid had he been, just standing out in the rain? He wouldn’t be surprised if he caught a chill now. “Do you mind if I go to the restroom to dry my hair a bit?” he asked apologetically, everything he’d done today seemed to have been wrong, or ended badly. It was getting on his nerves.

Astoria smiled and giggled slightly, "You look like you've been out swimming" she joked. She fiddled with her phone anxiously in her hoodie pocket, looking at him, she wished she would grow; she hated being so small.
She reached up and pulled her hood down, her bright hair instantly making her stand out among the crowd. She shrugged, he shouldn't be saying sorry, its not like he knew anyone was going to burst through the door. He seemed to be getting frustrated with his hair, and she couldn't help but smile. "Go ahead" She said with a laugh, unzipping her hoodie to reveal her 'Mayday Parade' t-shirt. "You'll get a cold otherwise" She added, shaking the water of her sleeves.

He sighed in relief, and smiled. “I’ll be right back,” he said, and rushed off to find the rest room. He weaved through the crowd like an expert; he was good at people dodging. Eventually he found the restroom, and headed inside.
The restrooms were large, bright rooms with sparkling white plumbing, and dark tiles. He went over to the hand dryers and bent down so that he could dry off his hair. He winced, his jeans were just a little bit tight for him to bend like that, and he ran his hands through his hair as the dryer blew warm air on it. He frowned, the dryers were crap, so he left his hair damp, and went back out to find Astoria.
He almost jogged back, not wanting to keep her waiting. “Heh, the hand dryers were crap,” he said, smiling and running a hand through his now ridiculously poofy hair. If he had looked in the mirror, he’d have ended up on the floor with laughter, it was a very silly sight. “Shall we go then?” he smiled, offering his arm to her playfully.

Astoria walked over to the fountain, and took a seat on the edge to wait for Danni as he went to sort out his soaking wet hair. She looked around at various people who were out shopping, she didn't recognise anyone, with a quiet sigh she turned to look into the shallow water pool behind her. As usual it was full of bronze pennies and random bottle lids, and she noticed a few younger children picking them out of the fountain. With a roll of her eyes she began fiddling with the key on her necklace, she was sometimes rather fidgety.
Laughing, as Danni ran up to her with his fluffy hair she stood up and she took his arm shyly with a smile on her face. Wrapping her skinny arm around his. She was still laughing, he reminded her of a baby lion, in a cute way, "Your hairs all fluffy" She giggled, hoping that she didn't sound rude or anything when she said that.

Danni laughed, and tried to look at his own hair, his eyes rolling back in their sockets to try and look up. It didn’t really work though. “You like it?” he chuckled, running his hand through it again. The arm she was holding tingled nervously and he hugged her arm to him for a moment, and smiled at her. He looked around, and saw one of those maps they have in malls, and lead her over to it. “Where do you want to go?” he asked, looking at the list of shops. All his favourites were there, but he doubted the money he’d found in his jacket pocket would buy him much. Maybe a belt…or a pair of socks.

Astoria smiled widely, not realizing how stupid she probably looked, but she couldn’t help it. She pushed her fringe back from her eyes and hurried over to the floor plan of the mall. Noticing a big red arrow reading ‘You are here’ she pointed her dainty index finger at it. She shrugged when he asked her where she wanted to go, she hardly ever came to the mall, most of her money she had was still sitting in her money box. “I don’t really mind” she said with a laugh, being her usual indecisive self, “What are the best shops?” She asked, adjusting her t-shirt with her other hand, “I hardly ever go shopping” she smiled
