Nothing like spending time at the mall with no one to chill with. Tyler sat down at the food court, sipping on a Mountain Dew. Ty thought that coming to the mall, he would atleast run into one or possibly two people from school. Nope, nada. He was so bored, and had visited atleast all his favorite stores once. Tyler sighed, looking around the area. Was anyone around? Ty was willing to talk to anyone. It didn't really matter. That's how bored he was... |

Alex was wondering around the mall, it was unusual that he was by himself. He had forgotten to buy the right chemicals last time he had come into the town.
He carried the heavy carrier bag and noticed Tyler sitting on his own by the food court.
He pondered on the thought of going over but decided he would just walk past and see if Tyler said anything.
He switched off his iPhone and headed towards the food court.

Looking to his right, he noticed Alex Bradley, Dakota's lover walk past. Ty figured talking to him would be pretty interesting. He smiled, and quickly ran up to catch up with Alex. "Hey Alex." Tyler said casually. He figured that Dakota told Alex about his little outburst the other day..

Alex grinned, this was just what he had hoped for. He was going to pretend that he was completely to oblivious to the whole, 'Tyler loves Dakota' situation, and act perfectly normal.

Tyler watched for Alex's reaction to him coming up to him, and talking to him. Sure, he looked a little surprised... but other then that, he looked rather casual. "How are you?" He asked, nearly bursting out laughing. This conversation was going to be eventful.. no doubt at all.

Alex stretched his arms infront of him, and turned properly to face Tyler. "Oh you know" He said with a smile, "Quite super actually" He continued, "Yourself?"
He wondered where this would lead to, he promised himself that he would not start another fight, definitely not. He didn't want another swollen lip, and anyway this was just a amusing conversation to keep him laughing inside.

Tyler cocked his head to the right. "Oh, I'm just dandy." Ty laughed, mocking Alex's answer. The words 'quite super actually' sounded funny coming out of a guy's mouth.
"So, how are you and Dakota doing these days? Not fighting I hope." He asked, cutting right to the chase.

Alex' face flinched, but he reminded himself of the time in the canteen with Ryan.
He shot a smile in Tylers direction, well more of a sneer, and replied, "Funny you should ask" He said, with a laugh, "None" He then answered, "Sorry to disappoint" He couldn't resist, he could see where this was coming, maybe he just needed someone to come alone and save him from getting wound up, or maybe he just need to have more self control.

"Disapoint? Nah, never." Tyler replied, a smile crossing his thin lips. "I just sort of figured that something may be up. Dakota seems tense lately." Ty told him, looking off to the left and then back to Alex's face. "She pretty much flipped out on me." He smirked, looking Alex straight in the eyes.

Alex grinned, whist folding his arms, his photography bag still in his hand, he nodded, "Yeah she was telling me about some jerk earlier" He said, pretending he was talking about somebody completely different, although it was obvious he meant Tyler.
He smirked at his last comment, "Can see why, earn yourself a bitch slap?" He asked casually, not showing any sign of emotion in his face, keeping his anger and annoyance inside him.

"A big jerk, huh? Well I've been called worst." Tyler told Alex, instantly connecting the person he was talking about to himself. "A bitch slap..? More like a light tap." He laughed, throwing his head back. Tyler wondered when Alex would loose his patience.

Alex just smirked, he wasn't going to let Tyler bother him, there was nothing he could do anyway, he was too late for Dakota. It was his own problem. He ran a hand through his hair, and half turning around, ready to walk away, to stop himself getting anymore pissed off.

Tyler watched Alex's behaviors, even more closely. He was obviously pissed at Ty. But then again, who isn't these days? Tyler took a deep breath and said in a nerdy voice, "Are you gonna leave? I thought we were having a quite super convo?" Yeah... Tyler was mocking Alex from before. Ty was such a smart ass sometimes.

Alex snapped his head around to look at Tyler. "Oh shut up" he said with a sigh, pretending not to be bothered at all by his attempts to wind him up. In fact he wanted to whack Tyler then and there, but finding his self control, he turned around and walked off. Keeping his mind on something else other than the previous conversation, and not looking back.
