Stephen watched Jay walk off, "So thats your ex then?" he muttered, walking up to her, he stood quite near, feeling like he should protect her, not cause he liked her in the love intrest sense, but as a friend.
"Not very friendly is he..." Stephen said quitely, looking at her face, then back out to the rain, then to Jay's retreating back. He shrugged and grabbed his bag which had been on the table, stuffing the crumpled letter he had been reading from Harry into it.

Holly thought it was weak of Jay to just walk away, she knew that he wouldn't usually walk away from an arguement, especially with her.
"Yeah, just walk away you big baby!" she shouted as Jay walked away from them
"Defeated by a girl" she laughed " yep, you just walk away or do the words I miss you mean nothing to you!" she shouted
She was about to run up to him, she wasn't finished with him yet, when she heard Stephen say something.
"yeah, that's my ex" she said bitterly with her arms folded
"he's not very friendly just now, put it that way" she huffed
Holly knew that Jay wasn't like that all the time, that he had a playful and caring side to him, but he liked to look tough on the outside.
She huffed and threw herself into her chair she was sitting on. She really did miss Jay and she didn't knwo what to do or say anymore, she felt like she could never make him happy. |

"Don't let it get to you." Stephen muttered, looking straight at her, "seriously, its not worth it, he may be dating someone else, you don't know." Stephen shrugged and zipped his bag up, swinging it over his shoulder as he said this.
"I better be off." he muttered, going into his shell again, his voice becoming quieter, "I'll see you later Holly, it was nice talking to you." he said, squeezing her hand as a resurance and heading for the door of the libary.

Holly knew she was a lost cause, there was nowhere for her to go and nowhere for her to stay. She felt a hole grown in her chest and she felt ike she couldn't stop it. She knew that she would have to work harder than she thought to get Jay back, she still loved him even through everything. She felt the hole grow deeper and she wrapped her arms around her middle as if she might break in two if she didn't hold onto herself.
"I know I shouldn't let it get to me but it's kinda hard" she whispered almost inaudibly
"and I couldn't care less if he's with somebody else, I miss him" she said more to herself than anbody else
She felt Stephen squeeze her hand in reassurance and she smiled, she considered him a good friend now, he was sweet and caring, she liked that in people.
"Yeah, nice talking to you too" she whispered as Stephen left the library.
She felt slightly insecure that there was nobody else here that she knew apart from Jay, she felt alone and felt that she had her guard down.

Reagan sighed as she rolled off her bed. She might as well go and find some company.
Grabbing the books she was yet to take back to the library, she left her dormitory.
She entered the library quietly, and placed the book on the librarians desk. Reagan looked around, most people were in here working, her emerald eyes fell on her 'best friend' Holly. She hesitated whether or not to confront her, and finally plucked up the courage to walk over.
She frowned slightly, "What happened to you!?" She asked, as she noticed the bruise alongside Holly's face. She didn't know Jay had hit her as well.

Holly was sitting on the comfy chair in the library, lost in a world of her own in her head. Some people described her as catatonic sometimes because of her day dreaming. She had almost fell asleep in the chair when she she felt somebody standing in front of her. She fully opened her half shut eyes and saw Reagan standing in front of her and she sat up quickly.
"oh...hey Reagan" she muttered, not really in the mood for conversation
"what do you think happened?" she asked rhetorically
"Jay is what happened, and for no reason" she said as she folded her arms

Reagan folded her arms, she was determined not to feel sorry for Holly especially after what she had done. Even if she had been completely drunk, and it might not have been her fault.
"Oh really" She said, slighlty sarcastically, "For no reason" She laughed, her arms still folded. She knew exactly why Jay had hit her, he must have been pretty pissed off.
"Of course there was a reason you Slut!" She said, louder than she expected. "You blatantly know what happened last night" She continued.

Holly became a little annoyed, she didn't understand people today, why were they acusing of things that she 'knew' she didn't do and they kept saying things that weren't 'true'. She knew of the gossip going around the school about her and she wanted to know who started it because she knew it wasn't 'true'.
"god, what is it wil people calling my a whxre or a slxt today?" she asked loudly
"I did nothing to deserve it, what did I do?"
"well, I think it's actually quite obvious that I can't remember what happened last night"
Holly knew that she woke up this morning with what she thought was a hangover, her head was killing her and it still was but she didn't want anybody to know that. The only thing she could remember from last night going into the club and the being hit by Jay and then falling down a set of stairs. |

Reagan sat opposite Holly, so she wouldn't attract any more attention.
"So you're going to pretend you didn't know what happened..." She said to herself, "Fair enough" She said simply. "I have plently of witnesses Holly, want me to retell your night for you?"
She blinked, she still wasn't sure why she was so annoyed.
"I know you liked Liam, but you knew I liked him too" She began. "I thought we'd made up yesterday, you said it was fine. Me and Liam" She paused, looking over at Holly.
"Then you and Liam both go and get smashed...." She stopped there. How could Holly forget everything?

Holly watched as Reagan sat on the chair in front of her, she seemed kinda angry and she didn't fully understand why. The things Reagan had said to her made little sense to her.
"yeah?" she asked mockingly
"you have witnesses?, so something that clearly did not happen" she started to laugh a little
"and yeah, I know you like Liam an d I did say I was fine with it, so what's the problem?" she asked slowly but hesitantly
Holly knew that she wasn't and never would be fine with the whole Liam and Reagan thing, she just wished that Liam felt for her what he did for Holly.
The next thing Reagan said made her think for a minute. She tried to think hard about the things that happened last night. She remembered that Liam had grabbed her by the arm about 30 minutes after she got to the club and that he had taken her near a set of stairs, the ones she remembers falling down. Realisation slightly hit her about the Liam thing, after all the insults thrown at her and she put the pieces together.
"No!" she shouted sarcastically as she covered her hand with her mouth
"we didn't!"
Holly presumed that she must have been so drunk, and Liam too, that they took it to the top level. She was not usually the type of girl to do that. |

Being the intrusive jerk he was, Jay had stuck around incase anything else happened. He was disappointed when Stephen left Holly alone, and he was about to leave when he saw Reagan. A nasty smirk grew on his face as he listened, and couldn’t resist rubbing it in her face.
“Hey Reagz. I see you managed to get the little slut to figure it out,” he drawled in his raspy voice, standing slightly behind Reagan with his arms folded. He smiled faintly down at Reagan. Although he couldn’t really say right here (Holly would go mental) but he was sure something happened last night after he took Reagan back to her dorm. He just wasn’t sure how you’d classify it.

Reagan watched her, her eyes slightly narrowed. "Oh well done!" She saids sarcastically, "You finally remembered" She continued, unfolding her arms and resting them on the table in front of her.
"Yeah" She snapped, "You did, its not like cute, innocent Holly to do that now is it?" She mocked, she couldn't help be so bitchy. "But don't worry, I'm not blaming you entirely, I know heart breaker Liam was a part of this plan" She explained. She was certain they had planned this out to teach her a lesson or something.
"Whatever it was, a trick you deliberately performed to hurt me, or make me feel horrible" She continued, folding her arms again, "You should be happy" She sniffed, "Cos I guess it worked" She said, trying to hide her upset, and focus on her annoyance.
She heard a familiar voice, and turned her head. It was Jay.
Her eyes narrowing even more, she blinked at him and quickly turned away. She didn't want to admit that anything, even if it was hardly anything, had happened between them last night.
ooc;; HaHa yeah :] I'll wait till our thread is finished before I post here again. Cos I'll run outta things to say.

Holly was shocked at what she was hearing, she was shocked at herself, she thought she at least had some self control...she was wrong.
"Did we really take it to top base? you know?" she asked, she felt like she wanted to cry.
" and what are you talking about?, a plan?. Reagan to be ridiculous, why would I want to do that? I mean come on your my best pal, right?" she asked slowly
Just as she finished her last sentence she heard somebody else coming over, she saw that it was the last but first person she wanted to see, she didn't know whether to cry or not, she could feel her tears briming but she wasn't going to let them out...she hoped.
"Come back for more, huh?" she asked as she stood up from the chair
She didn't really get an answer thought but she heard him insult her again.
She felt like screaming.
She stod up staright and walked over in front of jay.
"I swear if you ever call me that again, I swear I will..." she couldn't finish her sentence because she didnt know the answer to it. She wished her big brother was here with her because he would take none of Jay's Shxt against her. Or she at least wanted Liam to be here, to hear his side to the story. |
