The first overall impression of Reagan is not a good one. People will go; "You know that Reagan girl?" and the most likely reply would be "omg, yeah that bitch".
She doesn't care though, and is very independent.
Reagan comes across as bitchy because she doesn't seem to care about other people, except her friends, and is very sarcastic and often rude; when she doesn't mean to be.
Reagan hates school, her father sent her to become 'disciplined' but doesn't want to become disciplined and loves having fun, no matter what. She loves breaking the rules, its the punishment after she hates.
Although she tends to not get along with many people she still tries to makes friends with people she likes the look off, otherwise she stays clear. Around her mates she's a completely different person, because she knows they love her whatever.
