"What now?" Stephen said looking back at her, "What you do now is go and love your boyfriend, and forget all about me." Stephen said, raising an eyebrow at her, "Thats what you do now. Or that is what I would do." he muttered, looking at her.

Ooh. That stung, first she had been able to shrug off Stephen's words like they didn't bother her but now it was evident that they were cutting through her like knives. But she wouldn't cry. She couldn't, not in front of him. She would later, maybe to Oli. Or not... "Well, we're officially broken up then..." She muttered.

Stephen ran a hand through his hair, he had been a real idiot, and was calming down now. "Yeah, I suppose so." he muttered, staring at her, he came towards her slowely and careful, thinking his words out.

Stephen gave a faint smile, he did love her, he really did. "I don't know if I can like you again Addie." he looked down at her, running a hand through his hair for the third time, "just promise me, you won't do this to anyone else, you won't cheat..." he trailed off and his voice choked, he turned away, and started to walk away from her, rubbing his nose with the back of his sleeve.

Addie heard what he said, and her heart broke clean in two. She was speechless as he stood there, and he walked away. Right out of her life. "I promise." And she would keep it this time.

Addie put her hand to her forehead, this was too much.
