this was the first time I ever fell in love with MCR o3o or any punkrockemow/e music actually (excluding the RHCP, it's the law to love them =D) I first heard it in American Eagle in Florida, and I love it =3
I want to learn to play it on the guitar ... but it sounds hard >__<

although it has come with the label 'emo' lol, I've been called an emo for bout 4 years :s lol

Ooooh, I got someone going 'eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeemo' really quietly the other day >>' it really pissed me off Dx People at school randomly come up to me and say stuff like 'omg, are you like, an emo?' and I say 'yeah >>' why?' and then they say 'omg don't emo's like, cut themselves? And emos are depressed all the time? Aren't emo's goths?' and It really annoys me >__<

Don't Be So Hard (Acoustic) - The Audition
I only know about The Audition because the singer of my two favorite bands (Jack's Mannequin, Something Corporate), Andrew McMahon, is good friends with them so I though I'd give them a listen. This is my favorite song by them. When I heard that my favorite band AND The Audition were doing a song of theirs acoustic on the CD Punk Goes Acoustic 2 (They're BOTH amazing, get them) I freaked out. Then when I got the CD and saw that it was a song I ADORE by my favorites and my favorite by The Audition, I fell in love. Danny's vocals are so sweet, and the bridge vocals aren't him but they sound great. The guitars are clean and crisp and the lyrics are just so sweet. |
