There is a thin line between, what is good and what is evil, I would tiptoe down that line, but I would feel unstable. My life is a circus, and I am tripping down the tightrope, Well, there is nothing to save me now, I’m falling to the ground. Falling to the ground. Down to the ground
He nodded, understanding how hard that must have been, having just got through that phase himself. “I like the thought of that. I’ve never really listened to foreign music,” he tried to think if he actually had, but his memory either failed him, or did not store a recollection of such an event. Danni had never been abroad, except for once when he was 13 and his mother took him to China.
Frowning, he leant forwards, sipping at his sprite through the straw. He didn’t really want to drink anymore because it had gone flat, but he was also really thirsty. “What do you mean?” he asked in reply, what sort of thoughts shouldn’t Bill have? Danni became curious, why had Bill licked his lips like that? Danni wondered if Bill had been thinking the same thing as him…but soon stopped, because he knew if he got his hopes up, he might just hurt himself.
Danni smiled, feeling happy for the first time in what seemed a very long time. “God, I could do with one of those muffins, sure, why not?” he licked his lips hungrily, showing his enthusiasm to eating something. He’d not bothered to eat before leaving the school that morning.

Sitting still, Bill wondered if he should just say it. This was only the second time in his life he'd been so taken by someone, it felt weird. Deciding against it, he shrugged and chuckled nervously, "It's hard to explain. I.. like to control my thoughts, I guess you could say. I don't like when.. I don't know, never mind." Bill stared intensly at Danni as he licked his lips and moved his eyes over his face. He couldn't get over how beautiful this boy was.
He was glad that Danni had accepted his offer. "A muffin, that sounds so good. I was going to get a brownie, but a muffin sounds better. I'll be right back." Grabbing his wallet, Bill stood up and walked into the line. After waiting a few minutes, he paid for the food and returned to his seat, handing one of the muffins to Danni. "I didn't even think to ask what kind you wanted, so I just got what they had. I'm not even sure what it is." Laughing, Bill broke off a piece of muffin and stuffed it in his mouth; he was starving.

Danni frowned. He was getting nervous about something, which was weird because Bill didn’t really come across as the nervous type (unlike Danni) so he just shrugged and smiled. He watched Bill get up and go to get muffins, not really minding he’d not asked what he wanted. Danni would eat anything. He leant back in his seat, feeling a pressure had been lifted, no longer under the searching eyes of Bill - who had been staring quite intently at him for a while. He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, frowning as it fell lifelessly over his face.
When Bill got back, he smiled at him again, and picked up the muffin. It was Banana nut. Delicious. He nibbled at it thoughtfully, like he did with all his food, watching Bill who was doing the complete opposite and eating his muffin ravenously.

Finishing his muffin, Bill noticed that Danni wasn't even half done. "Sorry for being such a pig," he muttered, "I just haven't eaten since.. lunch yesterday. Maybe breakfast. I can't remember." Laughing, Bill looked at the clock on the wall. They'd been there for quite a while and was surprised Danni was still sitting in front of him. Most people would have made some excuse to leave long ago.
Bill thought about asking Danni for his phone number. He knew he'd need it if he wanted to make plans to hear Danni play. He began fiddling with the napkin in front of him for a minute. "Can I have your number? You know, so we can play." Bill eyes went wide after realizing that what he'd just said. He tried again. "I mean, so we can make plans.. to hang out and you can play. The guitar, that is."

Danni shook his head, smiling. “Do you forget to eat or something?” he knew full well that feeling. At the week ends back home he sometimes played his guitar so much he forgot to eat, and his fingers began to bleed. “It’s okay, I just have OCD with my food,” he laughed, deliberately taking a larger bite the next time. He watched Bill look at the clock, and did the same. He was surprised how late it had got, and wondered why Bill hadn’t rushed off to meet someone or anything. He spotted a pair of emos come in, and one of them had black, violet tipped hair. Danni’s eyes widened in what might have been fear, but they turned to look at him, and Danni turned away. ’Fucking hell…he looked like Ash from behind…’ he thought, very glad it wasn’t Ash.
Bill had started fiddling with his napkin, and Danni just watched him. He began to ask for his number, and Danni felt his heart start thudding, but he continued to make a fool of himself. Danni sighed; secretly disappointed that Bill only wanted his number so they could arrange to meet up. “O-oh…Sure…Hang on…” he half stood up, and pulled a small pen out of his pocket, and took the napkin from Bill, writing his number carefully on the fragile paper. He handed it back, and blushed slightly. What kind of idiot kept a little pen in their back pocket?
“Um…” he trailed off, loosing his bottle. He took a deep breath, and tried again. “Err…Do you want to go for a wander? Or do you have to go?” he mumbled embarrassedly, staring down at the table, looking up at the end in case Bill thought he was being rude.

"Yah, I get distracted easily when it comes to my music. I was really in the mood yesterday therefore, music over food." Bill laughed, it wasn't the first time he'd been so caught up in writing his lyrics that he forgot to eat. At one point when he was 14 he'd spent the weekend doing nothing but writing. He hadn't showered and he'd barely ate or slept the whole time. Of course, he'd gotten in major trouble but he didn't care. Bill noticed the look Danni had sent the emo kids that had just walked in. He wondered if he should ask about it but decided against it. He didn't want to make the boy to upset again.
Bill watched as Danni reached in his pocket and pulled out a pen. Taking the napkin from Danni, he thanked him and stuffed it in the pocket of his jacket. Hearing the question, Bill bit his lip as he thought. He didn't have anywhere to go and he certainly didn't want to leave just yet, he was enjoying himself. He wondered though, if Danni was only trying to be polite. "I don't have anywhere to go. So we can if you want to.." he said, hoping his excitement wasn't showing through.

Danni grinned, unable to contain his anticipation when Bill accepted his offer, but he felt his stomach twinge in embarrassment, what if Bill just thought he was being polite? His grin faded to a small smile. This was why Danni hardly smiled, because it gave away too many emotions that people might not want to see. He stood up slowly, and ruffled his hair nervously, looking about the place. It was much quieter than when they’d come in and he wondered how busy it was outside. “Come on then,” he smiled, walking a few steps towards the door, before turning back to wait for Bill, his eyes fixed on his smooth, feminine face. He couldn't help notice how reserved it was, like he didn't want to let Danni know what he was feeling.

"You should smile more, it's cute." Bill stated as he stood up. Once up he lifeted his arms into a stretch, he could feel the cool air on his stomach as his shirt rode up slightly. He shuffled over to the garbage and dropped his empty cup in. Following Danni, he grabbed the door and held it open for him. Smiling, Bill followed him out. "So.. where d'you want to go?"
ooc: sorry, it's so short!

Danni blushed at this; he didn’t know his smile was cute. He didn’t know anything about him at all was cute. The fact it had come from Bill made him blush even more. ”T-thanks,” he said shyly, hiding behind his dark chestnut hair. He couldn’t help but peer closer as Bill stretched, showing his stomach, but alas it was not a good show, for only a narrow band of flesh showed. Danni frowned, why was he looking anyway? He turned away, and headed for the door.
He smiled in thanks as Bill opened the door for him, and stepped out into the cool sea breeze and the midday sun that washed the street. He took a deep breath, and frowned, his nostrils filled with the scent of car exhaust, mixed with salt and seaweed. ”I dunno…just…wander?” he bit his lip thoughtfully, shoving his hands into his pocket and scuffing his black canvas shoes into the pavement.

Bill grinned at Danni's blush. He had to wonder if he was blushing because he, maybe, liked him? Pushing that thought aside, Bill looked Danni over once, hoping he wouldn't notice. He was tempted to reach out and push the boys hair out of his face. He just really wanted to see his face.
"Wandering sounds good." Bill nodded, slightly more to himself as he watched Danni shove his hands in his pockets. He was a bit disappointed, but relieved at the same time. As much as he hated to admit it, he'd kind of, just a little, wanted to grab onto and hold Danni's hand.
"Are those your only piercings?" Bill questioned, eyeing Danni's lip and eyebrow piercings as they walked down the street. Out of nowhere he realized that they both had their eyebrows done in the same place. He doubted Danni had even noticed his, seeing as it was covered by his hair.

He walked quietly, his feet making no sound on the pavement - his foot falls soft - and his hands were clenched nervously in his pockets. As he walked his studded belt slipped down till it girdled his upper thigh, crossing over his crotch. He felt it slip even more, and he took one hand out of his pocket to hold it up. He glanced at Bill, he looked like he was fighting back the urge to do something that he might not be allowed to do, but Danni ignored it. He didn’t know what to say, now he didn’t have to stay anything, so he didn’t.
He felt his ear piercing self consciously when Bill asked about his piercings, and smiled. “I’ve got a cartilage piercing on this ear,” he said, still touching his left ear, “And a stud on this one,” he moved the hand to touch his right ear. He remembered when he first got his lip ring, it had hurt like hell, but he was so proud of it he didn’t really mind. The eyebrow one had hurt even more (Danni still didn’t understand how that was possible) and had nearly gone gangrenous, but he loved it the most of all his piercings. He’d often contemplated getting a nipple ring, but knew it would be both painful and grotesque in later years. And the worst of it, you couldn’t take those off. A nose piercing wouldn’t have been much better, because they rattled every time you blew your nose, and you could see the back of them on the inside. He frowned at the thought, and decided the ones he got were enough. A tattoo or three wouldn’t hurt though. He opened his mouth to ask Bill if he had any tattoos, but instantly shut it again. What a suggestive question to ask!
He wondered if Bill thought he didn’t want to talk any more, because he was so quiet, and he racked his brain for something else to say. “Do you have a job?” he finally came up with something slightly decent. Danni had always wanted a job in a music store, not for life but just for the week ends till he left school. It would be fun.

Bill watched Danni pull his belt up and shifted closer to him, hoping he wouldn't notice.
"Awesome! I have a couple myself. I have my eyebrow and this.." Bill stuck out his tongue, showing of the stud. He'd got it done when he was 13 and it had been the most painful expierence of his life. He remembered going home and trying to hide it from his mom by not talking, but she'd immediately known there was something different and he'd been grounded for weeks. Laughing a little, he pulled his tongue back inside his mouth and spoke again. "I have a couple tattoos too. One on the back of my neck and the other's on my hip. I have an idea for another one, but I'm not going to get it until I'm 18." He motioned slightly to the right hip as he spoke and smiled. He assumed Danni didn't really care so much, seeing as he hadn't asked, but Bill was proud of his body modifications and took every chance to show them off. Even if they weren't the best in the world.
Walking in silence, Bill again slipped closer. As they wandered around he went through his mind, trying to think of a topic for conversation. Before he was able to come up with anything he heard Danni speak. "No, I don't have one. I wish I did though, I am in desperate need of money." Chuckling, he returned the question, "D'you have one and if so, can you get me hired?" Bill grinned and brushed his hand lightly against Danni's, praying he hadn't freaked him out. After all, he didn't know whether Danni was even into boys.

Danni nodded, staring at where Bill had pointed to his hip. He had a very sleek body shape…He sighed and looked away, counting his foot steps. “No…I want to work in a music store though. That’d be fun,” he smiled, and looked up at the sky, not trusting himself to look at Bill anymore. Every so often, Bill suddenly seemed to get closer, and Danni felt the colour rising in his cheeks. Why was he doing that? He ignored it, and kept walking. All of a sudden, he felt a hand brush against his, and he froze, bringing his hand up slowly from his belt. It fell down round his knees, but he ignored it. ”D-did…never mind…” he looked away, of course Bill had done it by accident. He probably didn’t even like him, not at all. ’Why would he like me?’ Danni thought, reaching down to pull his belt up again.
Deciding to ignore it as an accident, he continued walking again, staring at his feet with his mind churning uncomfortably. After a while, it became unbearable, and he stopped. “Do you like me or something?” he said suddenly, apparently out of no where. To be frank, he was a little scared. He just wanted to clear his biggest question before he did something stupid. He stared at Bill, shocked at how abrupt he’d been, and felt his face turn red.

"A music store would be awesome!" Bill stated excitedly, "I'd like to work at a store that sells band merch, it would be awesome to get discounts on t-shirts." He wondered why Danni was avoiding looking at him. Had he said something wrong?
Bill chuckled to himself as he watched Danni's belt fall. He waited for him to get his words out, but when they didn't come, he shrugged it off and continued walking. They walked in silence before Bill noticed that Danni had stopped. Turning around, he threw a questioning look at the boy. The words that proceeded to come out of his mouth caught Bill completely off guard. He felt his eyes widen as he looked around helplessly. He opened his mouth to speak but felt the words stick. He took a deep breath looked at the ground, sighing. He felt his face turn cherry-red as he spoke, "I-I.. uh, maybe? I suppose, a bit. I.. it's weird. I don't usually like people, and I've seen you around but I guess I didn't want to admit it but yah, I guess I kinda do.."
When he finished speaking, he wondered if it had even made the slightest bit of sense. He knew he rambled when it came to talking about these types of things. He quickly reached into his pocket and grabbed a cigarette. He didn't smoke often but if there was any time to have a smoke, this was it. He lit the cigarette and took a drag, then exhaled slowly. "I'm sorry if I freaked you out. And you know, if you're not into guys then I'm even more sorry."

Danni watched him as he tried to explain himself, feeling his mind relax into a sort of…massive state of fantasising over Bill, like he’d finally been given the okay. He smiled slightly, watching him take out a cigarette in a state of almost desperation. “N-no…I…So do I…” he said quietly, glancing up at Bill. He walked closer, and tentatively reached out his hand, it was shaking a bit with nerves, and he could feel it becoming clammy with a nervous sweat. He blushed ruby, and shifted his weight, pulling his belt up again.
