"Well..." he grinned and rushed on.
They reached the restruant, it was just opening. This felt like abit of dujavu, at the end of his work shift, with a girl, going into the same restruant...That thought moved to the back of head as he opened the door.
"Table for two." he said to the waiter, who nodded and showed them to their table.

Addie laughed at Stephen's egarness. She'd never seen him this enthused about something. It was adorable, as far as she was concerned. She saw the same expression on his face, he almost looked a little bit worried but she decided that there was nothing to worry about. He was her boyfriend and that was that. Addie smiled, taking her seat at their table and brushing the hair out of her eyes.

"What would you like to eat?" he asked her smiling and handing her a menu, "The pizza and pasta here is the best!" he said nodding, he suddenly realized that he was being a bit too eager and so quietened down a bit. "I dunno why I'm feeling lik this...just am I suppose..." he said shrugging and looking down the menu.

Carmen walked into the resturant that Stephen had taken her to that day. She smiled as she told the hostess a table for one. As she was taken to her seat she saw Stephen and Addie. Anger ran through her and she turned her face so they wouldn't see her.

"I'm not too sure, probably just a salad. I'm not hungry much." Addie smiled as he made a comment about being eager. For some reason he thought she didn't like it when in reality she thought it was cute. Just like him. She noticed a girl staring at them, and she looked over at her, as she turned away. Then she looked confusedly at Stephen. "Do you know who that girl staring at us was?" |

Stephen was watching her nad hadn't realized that Carmen had come in. He raised an eyebrow and looked around, seeing Carmen. Oh god.. he bit his lip as he watched her, she seemed angry, "Yeah, shes a friend." he said thinking for a moment before he said this and turned back to Addie, giving her a weak smile.

Addie didn't quite know if she believed it. He seemed unsure of what he was saying but she trusted him not to lie to her. Hopefully. "Okay then... should we invite her over to eat with us? It seems polite, if she's a friend of yours..." She disregarded the weak smile, knowing he wouldn't lie to her. |

Stephen shrugged, "Its up to you, I don't mind." he said, Oh jesus was the only thought going through his mind, he had told Carmen that a girl called Addie had cheated on him, and if Addie said her name then...well, it wouldn't be pretty.
"You can." he muttered.

Carmen was straining her ear to listen to their conversation. She wanted to laugh at what Stephen had said. She figured she would have liked Addie if it wasn't for Stephen, but right now, she wasn't in the liking mood. The waitress came over and asked her what she wanted to drink. "coke." was all she said. Carmen then continued to listen.

Addie smiled. She would, if she was a friend of Stephen's she thought she should try to get to know her. She smiled as Stephen as she got up and walked over to Carmen's table. "Hi. Stephen says you're a friend of his, I'm his girlfriend Addie. Would you like to come over and eat with us?" Her hands rested on the table and a smile in place on her face. |

Carmen forced a smile when she saw Addie standing at her table. Then it became real as she was invited to their table. "Hi I am Carmen and I am a friend of his." she said sweetly. "I would love to come join you two if you don't mind."she said, playing off all sweetness.

"It's no problem at all," Addie smiled as she watched Carmen rise from her chair. She walked over to the table and pulled up another chair, taking the one that she had been in and putting it next to Stephen's, putting Carmen's on the other side of the table. She sat down and grabbed Stephen's hand with a smile. |

Carmen muttered a 'thank you' to Addie before sitting down herself. "Hi Stephen. How you doing?" she asked him. Her voice was sickly sweet and there was a bit of venom in it. She didn't wait for his response, however, she turned to Addie. Once again a forced smile appearing on her face as she saw them holding hands. "So Addie, Stephen doesn't tell me much about you. Well then again I haven't seen him much lately. Why don't you tell me a bit about you." Carmen said.

Stephen took a side ways glance at Addie and took his hand away from her's. He looked towards Carmen. "I'm good thanks Carmen." he muttered, before he became all quiet and didn't bother to say anything.
He watched the two of them, hoping beyond hope that Carmen didn't say anything to Addie about what he said after Addie had cheated on him.

Carmen turned and smiled at him. "Well thats good to hear." she said. Her eyes were speaking what she really wanted to say however and it wasn't that. She then turned back towards Addie, waiting for her answer.
