Carmen looked at Edward, to Deidra, then back at Edward. "Well see my grandma died from lung cancer due to those." she said. "But if you want to die and get buried in the dirt at an early age then be my guest. I can't stop you obviously." she said, pointing at Deidra, who was handing him a ciggarrett. She was in no mood to deal with this right now. She came here to do what she wanted and not give a shit about what people thought, yet these two weren't letting her. "I will do as I please and where I want to do it." Carmen snapped. "And I want to be here, getting wasted, yet for some reason you two won't let me." she said, her cheeks turning red with anger. She wanted to laugh at the two. They were smoking and yet telling her to go home because she was drinking. This was something she hardly did, yet those two smoke all the time.
"You two have no room to tell me that I should leave. I am sitting here getting drunk because I want too. It is something I've done maybe twice in my whole life, yet you two smoke those cancer sticks everyday. Who do you think will die first, you guys or me?" Carmen asked. She then leaned over the table and looked at Edward. "Being I rarely do this and I am walking home and you two suck on those all day everyday, I'd say you two will die first. So don't you dare tell me to go home." she said, ticked off.

"Sorry Carmen, just trying to make sure you don't get into trouble because you are underage." Deidra said, "My grandmother died too... but they are just stress relievers to me."

Edward shrugged, "Yeah sorry Carmen babe, but as Deidra said, do you really wanna get caught by the police?" the answer to that question would most likely be a snap back answer, but Edward was ready to be shouted it, well he already had been shouted at by her.

Carmen glared at both of them, not caring what they were saying. "Well you apparntly don't care that she died that way because if you did you wouldn't be smoking." she snapped at Deidra. She then turned and looked at Edward. "Do I look like I care if I get caught by the cops? You know you are underage and smoking. Now what will happen to you? The idiots let you off with a fucking warning?" Carmen asked harshly. These two were still making her mad. They had no room telling her not to get caught. Drinking, that wasn't something she normally did. She could look at Edward and tell he wasn't that old and was probably underage for cigarretts. Same with Deidra.

"Carmen, I am old enough to be smoking. You on the other hand are still underage." She then looked over at Edward, "I am going to go over here, meet me if you want." She said not wanting to be around Carmen anymore.

Carmen relaxed a little as she noticed Deidra leave. That just left one person talking to her. Carmen knew that tomorrow, she would regreat every word, that is, if she could remember. She just hoped that if she did remember, that when she apologized, they'd forgive her. She then turned her gaze and looked at Edward.
A smile then formed on her lips as she got an idea. She leaned over the table, allowing her cleavage to show. "You are really cute you know." she said in a flirty way. God as much as she knew she'd enjoy this, she hated doing it. There was that one guy that she wanted to hate so bad, but couldn't. She figured doing this, would get back at him, when really it made her feel worse, but she ignored her feelings and flirted anyways.

Elana walked in to see her cousin Deidra standing by the window. She then looked over to see Edward and someone else standing at the bar. She walked over and gave Eddie a hug, "Hey Handsome, I missed you." she said pecking him on the cheek.

Carmen gave the girl a look as she walked over to the table. She knew she had seen her around the school but never talked to her. Carmen wanted to slap the girl for ruining her flirting time.

"Alright." he muttered to the other girl as she walked off.
Eddie looked towards Carman as he felt that she was flirting with him, he watched her. A smile took to his lips and his eyes flicked to her cleavage and then to her face. He grinned and ran a hand through his hair. "I.." he trailed off as he felt Elana next to him and giving him a hug. "Heya." he said, not kissing her back. "This is Elana, Elana, this is Carman." he said introducing them, he saw the look on Carman's face, poor girl.

Carmen was still giving the girl an ugly glare, but then smiled at her. "Hi Elana, its nice to meet you. Edward here has told me all about you." she lied. Carmen was going to be nice to the girl, try to gain her trust that way she wouldn't expect her to flirt with Edward. Carmen leaned back some, making her assets less noticeable.
OOC: Kitty..there is a thread for Brock and Rebecca at starbucks..but I used Jamie to post it.

Carmen looked at Elana for a moment then answered her. "Well he told me that he really likes you and you are gorgeous and he said some other things but for one, I am to drunk to listen and two, I started ignoring him after five minutes." she said, lying even more. Carmen had to admit, she wasn't that bad of a liar while drunk. She wanted to laugh, and people always say a drunk speaks the truth. well wouldn't they like to know its not completely true. She then turned and looked at Edward. "I am I lying Edward?" she asked him, hoping he would go along with her.

"She isn't lying Elana, honestly." Eddie said nodding, he was good at lying, he didn't know what had come over him but he wanted to be with Carmen at the moment, not Elana.
"Carmen was just talking about her life style and why she moved here, oh and your cousin was here a minute ago." he watched as the Deildra left, "maybe not, shes gone."

"Yeah I saw her walk out, she isn't very happy with me at the moment." She said. She noticed that Eddie wasn't happy with her, "Is something wrong Eddie?" She said wanting to know.. Did he not want to be with her anymore? Did he like Carmen more than her?
