"Yeah some of the things are." said Carmen. "Well my sister, Samantha, is kind of..well rude. She and I never really got along. I am more close to my younger brother Nate. He is a cool person." she said.
"He is the funny one out of all of us really. Then there is Tyler. We aren't close but we get along. He is big headed though. He stands up for me when people say crap, but thats about it." said Carmen. She started blushing when she realized she was blabbering and probally telling him more than he would like to hear. "I am sorry, I am just rambling on." she apologized.

"No, its fine, I like to listen, I just don't like talking that much." had he just said that?! Idiot! he was making himself look like a right fool.
At that moment the food came and was placed on their mats infront of them, Hope you enjoy your meal. was what the lady said and Stephen started to eat, it was lovely.

Carmen laughed. "Well I tend to talk a lot so you probably won't have to worry about talking too much." she said. "If there is ever a point where you think I am talking to much and want me to just shut up you can tell me." she told him, blushing slightly because she kept rambling. Carmen then stopped talking once the food was placed in front of her. "Thank you." she said to the lady, then she picked up her fork and took a small bite.

Stephen laughed and took a bite of the lasgna, it tasted delicious.
"Its fine, I really don't mind honestly." he said flashing her another smile, he took a sip of his water. "Where did you grow up?" he asked.

Carmen took another bite of food and blushed as he smiled at her. She liked his smile. "New Orelans, Louisiana. You?" she asked.

"Oh, on this island of the coast of Devon in England, it was called L'head, a dreay little place, cause my mum died in child birth with my younger sister, it was just me, my dad, my twin and a baby sister to look after. It was pretty hard. Stephen muttered but shrugged "Then I moved here, it is way better then being stuck on that island!"

Carmen felt bad after he said that about his mom. "I am sorry. I didn't mean to bring it up." she said. "Well its a good thing you like being here. You are great company and it would be a shame if you didn't like it here." Carmen said, a blush creeping to her tan cheeks as she told him this.

Stephen shrugged, "I do like it here, ever since I came, I suppose I only really started liking it when I had a girlfriend, but then she cheated on me, so its been a tuff ride these last couple of days." he looked up at Carmen his eyes suddenly sad but he shrugged and took another sip of his drink as if not caring.

Carmen frowned as she looked at Stephen. "Well she just doesn't know what she is missing out on." said Carmen, trying to make him look less sad. "Don't worry though, if she did that, then she isn't worth it."

Stephen grinned, "I've sort of tried to move on, and its working, loads of my best friends have helped me.. well one of his friends, Holly had been a great help, she was always fun to be around and always raised his spirits.

Stephen shrugged, "I suppose so. he muttered, "But lets stop talking about depressing pasts!" he said, laughing slightly, he ran a hand through his hair as he realized what he had just said.
"Hows the food?" IDIOT! he thought, why the hell did he say that!

"A friend of mine works here, but not tonight, he introduced me to this place, I come here alot but not normally with anyone else." he winked at her and took a bite of the lasgna, "that sounded really sad!" he muttered, "sorry!" he wipped his mouth with the back of his hand, grinning.
