A sunny day (Holly/Open)

<sup>The day was warm, the sun was out and the flowers were all in bud. Edward walked down to the Watson academy swimming pool. The water glisened on the reflecting sun as he walked down to it.

He took his top off and dived into the pool, the water was cool to the feel as he dived in, his body going under, down deep til he swum back up to the surface and gasped for air.

The sun shone high in the sky as he looked up to it. He whipped the mat of floppy brown wet hair out of his face.</sup>

Deidra walked to the pool, hoping that there would be a cute guy there, and sure enough, there he swam. "Hello there, mind if I join you?" she said standing in her bathing suit:

^{Edward heard a movement and saw a person, the girl he had seen in the club, come towards him in a bathing suit.
He swum nearer and looked up at her, smiling.
"Yeah, sure if you wanna, no one else is here." he said, smiling and swum up to the edge, watching her.
"What brings you here today?" he asked.}

She sat down and slid in next to him, "Well, I came for a swim and to relax outside." she said jokingly. She smiled, it was just him and her, she wondered where everyone else was at.

^{"It is a nice day I suppose." he muttered, nodding and looking up at the sky, the sun was still shinning on. He looked towards her, his eyes meeting hers, he stared at her for a minute and then looked away, he didn't need to love another girl, he already loved Holly...}

"Is something the matter?" she knew when something was wrong. The way he reacted just told her he was thinking of either something that happened, or someone

^{"No, why?" Edward muttered, he was treading water and tried to keep afloat but in the end went to the edge and climbed out, letting the sun dry his wet skin. He whipped his wet hair out of his eyes and looked at her, watching her every move, it was fansinating how the female body was like.}

"Just wondering, something just look like it troubled you." she said now floating on her back. wow, she was wrong. "why did you climb out?" she said looking up at him

<sup>Edward shrugged, "I dunno, it was getting hard treading water, ya know so I came out." Edward said and watched her float on her back.

"Where are your friends? A girl like you shouldn't be hanging around with a lonely guy like me? Don't you have a boyfriend?"</sup>

"boyfriend...ah alas I did in Italy about 3 years ago, but he moved here and is now expecting a baby with his new love interest." she said swimming over to the edge, "wheres your girlfriend?"

^{Edward raised his eyebrows, "I'm sorry to hear that, a baby huh?" he looked away from her. "I am shamed to say I don't have a girlfriend, I do like some girls, but they don't like me, well, I don't think they do." this wasn't about Holly, he loved Holly, and he was sure she loved him.}

"Yeah... maybe you know the two of them.. Phoenix Cohen and Holly Kennedy?" Maybe this guy wasn't as bad as she thought... She liked guys that liked a lot of girls, more experience on what girls liked

<sup>Edward rasied an eyebrow even more, "Really? Holly Kennedy?" he said, this was news, he knew that Holly had a boyfriend, but never knew they were having a baby together.

"Oh, right. Thats good news I suppose." he said, trying to sound happy, he would have to talk to Holly about this.</sup>

"So you know the two of them then?" she said sounding a bit sexy. "You sound like you didn't know that she was pregnant" she was interested now. She climed out of the pool and sat on the edge

<sup>"I know the two of them, they are mates of mine." Edward said, her voice made him melt slightly, "and no, I didn't know she was pregant, she hasn't told me." he said, it was true, Holly hadn't.

He looked at her, he hadn't realized how pretty she was.</sup>
