Holly didn't know what she could say anymore, she didn't know what she could say that was going to get through to him, he had to get rid of his feelings for her one way or another because she wasn't going to return them in the way that he wanted and the smug smile that he kept on his face as he talked to her made her want to smack it off of him and she didn't know whow much longer she could restrain herself from doing so. When Edward mentioned that is was only a kiss and it wasn't as if they had slept together she laughed a sarcastic laugh.
"yeah and I bet you would love that, wouldn't you?! she half shouted as she placed her hands on her hips and stared him in the eye.She was going to get to the bottom of his little obsession with her if it was the last thing she did. Why was he so obsessed with her? |

Edward rasied an eyebrow, his eyebrow going even higher into his brown hair. "Well, I wouldn't really want to have sex with you...cause your my friend really.." he muttered, shrugging and taking another sip of his drink, the smile still there, he was keeping perfectly calm and collected, not wanting to explode, he had a feeling that Holly was.
"Why are you so annoyed about it? It was a quick kiss, and I know that I shouldn't love you, and I will try to stop, really I will." it was true, he was going to try...but it was going to be hard.

Holly realised that she was being a little harsh towards Edward but she thought he deserved it. This was just something new to her. She had never had somebody that liked her in that way before and it scared her a little because she knew she was with PJ and then some other person, one of her best friends, tells her that they're in love with her, this was just weird to her.
"You're my friend?" she asked sarcastically surprised
You've sure got a good way of showing it!
Holly didn't know if Edward had really meant to kiss her so that he could let her know that her loved her or if it was just a spur of the moment thing that he didn't mean to happen, she became more confused by the second but her baby hormones wouldn't let this pass which annoyed her, it was almost as if little 'Coli was telling her to keep arguing rather than just walk away.
"You know, I have no idea why I'm so annoyed about it" she admitted
"But I'm still annoyed at you and you have to not love me"
"I do love you Edward....just not in the way that you love me, .....I think" she said softly [/size] |

Edward nodded, "Look, I didn't mean to kiss you! You know when you get a sudden urge to do something...well, I felt like doing that!" he said shrugging, he was confused at why she was getting annoyed and why he was felt so sick and annoyed too and also that she seemed to not let it lie.
"I know, you are doing this for the baby and PJ, PJ is a great guy, and I shouldn't have kissed you, this time I am really really sorry, and I mean that."

Holly felt a little annoyed at herself for shouting at Edward, she didn't mean it, it just came out that way which annoyed her. She wanted to be accepting and understanding but something stopped her from being so, she didn't know what.
"If you didn't mean it then why did you...." she was cut off by Edward saying that it was just and urge, something that he felt like doing.
"So, if I felt like wiping that smirk off your face, I can do that? she asked annoyed. She knew that you don't just randomly kiss somebody because you felt like it. She heard Edward saying that he was sorry for kissing her but she didn't knwo if he meant it. By the look on his face and that strange smirk he kept on his face the whole time she wouldn't couldn't believe him but strangely enough she sort of accepted it, she thought he sounded genuine but there was something at the back of her head telling her that he wasn't as sincere as she thought he was. She just shrugged and smiled a little.

The smile disappeared completely at Holly's tone of voice and as she said about the smile. "Sorry." he muttered, taking another sip of his drink, watching her. The smile was gone, he wasn't going to say anything until she said something.
"I will never do it again Holly." he said thruthfully. "and I mean that, really I do." he felt so annoyed with himself, "God, I've been stupid havn't I?" he said, the smile returning.
