[/color] He shook his head at her. Jared frowned once again when Holly stated that she didn't know how to be a mom and asked him about what if she would be a bad mother. He sighed and friendlily rolled his eyes. "I don't think there's ever been a first-time mother that actually knew how to be a mom, just don't worry about it. I'm sure it'll come to you. You know how people are always talking about that motherly instinct?" Jared laughed, "Well I bet you'll have that." He was smiling again. "Holly, you're a good person. Don't ever think you'll be a horrible mom."[/size][/ul][/font] |

Holly hated that she admitted that she might not want her baby if PJ wasn't there and she did feel awful for saying it just like her said it was awful to have said it but she knew it was the truth, she was a very honest person unless she had a really good reason to lie. She didn't know what to feel, she felt numb. She didn't know if she should be happy for herself or angry at herself, she just felt really confused. She sat and brought her feet up a little and swung for a second or two trying to bring some of her thoughts together to at least make some sense to her but not a lot of her thoughts made any sense to her, she thought they were always hyperbolised and unrealistic.She tried to imagine a world, her world, without PJ and she just couldn;t do it. She didn't even realise it until she half way came back to reality that she had the smallest of tears briming at the edges of her eyes. She brought her hands up to her face and rubbed her eyes with the tips of her fingers and took a slow shaky breath that she didn't even know she had in her.
Although when she heard Jared laugh a little she tried to remain optimistic about her situation. She heard him say something about her motherly instinct and she tried to smile a bit but it only came out as a weak nervous smile.
"Yeah, motherly instinct is something I have to have. Or we'll all doomed" she laughed a little at her own comment.
"I want to be a good mom, but it's like I don't even know where to start"
"I mean what if it starts to cry and I can't get it to stop!?
"I'll probably freak out and start crying with it" she smiled a little. |

[/color] Jared pleaded through a sympathetic half-smile. He really didn't know how else to calm her. Doing something like hugging her or kissing her to make her feel better would be something he'd only do for a girlfriend, of course. But alas, she was not a girlfriend; they were both pretty much taken anyway. Then Holly said something about wanting to be a good mom, again. Jared chuckled. "Holly, I told you," he said, "Motherly instinct!" he reminded her. [/ul][/size][/font] |

Holly smiled slightly, she wanted to be completly optmistic about her life. She knew she would or nobody could take that from her, even if PJ decided to leave her although he said he would be there for her so why would he leave. She heard Jared mutter something about not to cry and she frowned and looked up at him.
"I'm not crying, Jared, neither am I going to"
Holly knew it was obvious that her eyes were wattering but she wouldn't let a silly hypothetical subjective idea ruin her day out with one of her best friends.
"Motherly instinct, yeah?" she asked with a little smile
"well it better work" she laughed as she pointed to her head
"and anyway I can just give you or somebody it if It won't shut up" she giggled
She could just imagine a guy trying to get a screaming baby to be quiet or going to sleep and just to amuse herself she knew that she would give the baby to them more then she had to. |

[/color] Jared apologized, "It looked like--" he paused, then continued, "Never mind." He didn't want to start an argument with her about her crying. That would be stupid and silly. He laughed at Holly as she talked about motherly instinct. Then she mentioned just giving it to Jared or someone else if the baby started screaming. "Whoa, wait a minute!" Jared shouted, smiling, "Hand it over to me?" he began to laugh even harder. Calming himself down, he finished what he was going to say "Ha ha, Holly. I don't think that'd be the smartest thing to do."[/size][/ul][/font] |

Holly continued to think about a situation where she would hand over her baby to the guys for a day and she couldn't help but giggle, it would be something she would want video taped and then she could watch it over and over and laugh everytime.
"Why not?" she asked with a childish smirk
"I could hand it to Ryuu, if you'd like" she laughed
Thinking about Ryuu with her baby would be even funnier than Jared having it and both of them together would have her laughing to much that her sides hurt.
