I had to let them go, I'm all alone
Being the loser that she was, she had nothing to do on a Saturday night. So She had decided to go to the mall. Quite boring, eh? Well, anyways.. She had gotten dressed, and was now walking towards the mall. She didn't like to drive. It used the worlds gas wayy too much. Not her thing.
She walked up to the front entrance of the mall, and opened the door. She walked in the loud sound of people talking and water flowing from the near by fountain thing over powering her ability to think. She walked towards the food court, hoping she would see someone she knew.
Of course, knowing her luck, no one would be there. And arriving at the food court, thanks to her horrible luck, no one was there. So she just bought a drink, and sat down at an empty table.

It's pretty obvious that you have no life, that after spending at least seven hours of your shift at A&F, you decided to spend another hour or two at the local mall. Indeed Chase Hill was one of those lucky people, who had nothing better to do then to waste his days at the mall, by himself. Kind of weird, if you think about it. After Chase got off from work, he headed upstairs to the food court. Those juicy burgers and salty fries were just calling his name. And besides that, he was parched. Dealing with preppy, spoiled brats all day did leave you a bit thirsty.
Chase ordered his burger, fries and soft drink as he watched out of the corner of his eye. A girl was walking into the court, who had just bought a drink at the next stand over. He smiled at her from a distance, for she was now sitting at an empty table. Chase grabbed his tray, after paying for the food of course, and headed over to her. Hopefully she wouldn't mind sitting with him. Chase wasn't completely disgusting. "Hey." He said, glancing up at the girl. "Mind if I sit here?" Chase grinned for this girl was cute smoking-hot .

Sipping her drink slowly, she looked up when she heard someone talking to her, asking if he could sit down. She set her drink on the table, grinning at him. "Yeah, go ahead."
He was defiantly one of the more.. attractive guys she had seen here. "I'm Hayley." She grinned at him again, taking another sip of the drink.

Chase was very happy when the unfamilar face allowed him to sit with her. This wasn't every day Chase approached some one. I guess this girl had something different about her... something very appealing. Although Chase could not place a finger on it. Maybe it was her sparkling or amazing (obviously dyed) blonde hair.
"Nice to meet you Hayley." Chase smiled, starting to unwrap the paper of which the burger he had bought was wrapped in. "I'm Chase." He told her, as he took the bread off the sandwhich to pick off the pickle. Chase hated pickles. Maybe that was weird, but whatever.

"Nice to meet you too Chase." She smiled at him. There was something odd about him. It was a good odd, but it kinda bugged her that she couldn't figure out what it was. She watched him take off the pickles and raised one eyebrow. He didn't like pickles? Who didn't like pickles?
She reached over the table, picking up his pickles. She popped them in her mouth, chewing them slowly. Pickles were like.. her favorite food EVER. "So Chase, how are you?"

Chase laughed as this new girl, Hayley, stole his pickle. “Hey!” He grinned, shaking his head back and forth. “Maybe I wanted those?!” He was obviously kidding for he made a disgusted face. Pickles were nauseating, in Chase Hill’s opinion. “Yeah, nice to meet you too, pickle-stealer.” He replied, after chewing another bite of his burger.
“I’m pretty good. Tired, yet good.” Chase responded. He grabbed his cup, and took a nice long sip. Soda felt amazing on the throat after a long day. Actually, almost every liquid did. “How are you, Miss Hayley? Marvelous, I’m hoping? Am I right?” He asked, grinning like a mad man.

She rolled her eyes at him. "You just look like a person who is uncool, and doesn't like pickles. Therefore, I knew you wouldn't like them." She rolled her eyes at him, a fake frown on her lips. "I'm not a pickle-stealer. You're a non pickle eater."
She made a face of disgust, kinda, when he said he was tired. Tired was no good. Tired people weren't fun. But maybe he would be fun even when he was tired (: But, at least he was good. Even though he was a loser who was tired. "I actually am doing pretty marvelous now. I was bored before, but now I have something to amuse me." She grinned back at him, laughing softly.

Chase chuckled at Hayley's comment. "Um I'm actually an amazing person, thank you. Cooloer then you." He laughed, obviously kidding. Who was Chase to tell Hayley that he was cooler then she. If anything, Hayley would be a lot cooler then Chase would ever be. Seriously.
After looking at the fake frown on Hayley's face, Chase bursted into laughs. Her face was pretty much hilarious looking, at the given moment. Not in a bad way though... "No, I believe you are the pickle stealer. I'm just an angel." He sneered, running one of his hands through his brunette locks.
Chase studied Hayley's face when he told her that he was kind of tired. "I won't bore you, promise. If I do, just smack me." He grinned, taking the last bite of his burger. "Something? Excuse me, but I believe that I am a somone, thank you very much." Chase replied, crumbling up the paper that had previously wrapped the burger.

She rolled her eyes at him. "I think amazing would be going just a bit too far. Maybe alright." She paused, raising one eyebrow. "No way. I think I'm waaaay cooler than you could ever imagine being."
"An angel?" She made an angry face. "If anyone here is an angel, I think it would be me." Oh course, she wasn't even close to an angel, but that was okay. He didn't know that. (:
"Alright. I'll remember that. And remember you promised." She paused, her eyes open in disbelief. "Really? I had no idea you were a someone. I'm so sorry!" Of course, she was just kidding. She knew he was a someone. And a very cute someone at that. (:

"No, no I'm amazing. Not alright." Chase smiled, after taking a sip of his soda "And besides you barely know me. How would you even know?" He asked, laughing as he talked.
Chase chuckled at her angry face. This girl did make tons of funny faces. "Whatever." He sighed, shaking his head. His stomach was starting to hurt, from laughing so hard. Sad thing is, he hadn't even been sitting there for more then ten minutes.
"I am a someone. You should have noticed by now." Chase commented, taking a french fry and sticking it in his mouth. "Ya want?" He asked, glancing down at the fries and back up to Hayley. "They be good." Chase told her, laughing a bit at his bad english skills.

"Oh no, you are alright. Cause you don't like pickles. You were amazing, but then you didn't like pickles so that deducted you to alright." She took a sip of her drink, laughing to herself.
"No. It's not whatever. You can' just try to take my title and get away with it mister." She started to laugh, only for a few seconds though. Then it faded to a grin.
"I'm sorry. I have horrible people-noticing skills." She smirked at him, holding back her laughter. She raised one eyebrow when he said 'they be good'. "Not only do you not like pickles, but you're also a dumb-face." But she reached over picking up a few of the fries and put them in her mouth, chewing slowly.

"No, I'm pretty sure it's amazing, Hayley. Get it right, darling." He grinned, talking all weird. When the hell did Chase get the word 'darling' in his vocabulary? He wasn't quite sure. "Why'd I call you darling?" Chase laughed, a little embarassed. Guys should be banned from saying that word.
"It's whatever." He corrected her, smiling at her. Chase was stunned. The last time he smiled that much.. was well when, the last time he met a cute girl at the mall. And Chase honestly, did NOT want to think of Avery Parker at the moment.
"Dumb face? What do you mean by that Miss Hayley?" He asked, watching her eat the french fries. "Do you have something against me or what?" Chase grinned, trying not to laugh out loud.

She shook her head at him. "No. Do you like pickles? Nope. Didn't think so. So you're not amazing." She raised one eyebrow, hearing him say darling. "Darling? Are you gay?" She grinned at him. Of course, she knew he wasn't gay. He didn't give off the gay vibe at all, but it would be funny to see his reaction.
"Nope. It'll never be whatever. Until you admit I'm the angel." He grinned at him again. She couldn't remember the last time she had smiled this much. It had been a long time.
"Oh my. Not only do you not like pickles, you don't know what a dumb-face is! Are you an idiot too?" She smiled at him, hearing him ask if she had something against him. "Course not. I actually enjoy you sitting here. You can amuse me here. You couldn't amuse me anywhere else."

Chase made an angry face, crinkling his nose and forehead. "Gay? Me? No! Don't say that! I dig chicks, thank you." Chase yelled, a little bit too loud. But it's not like anyone else was at the food court, besides the workers and an occasional old lady. "And.. I don't really know why I called you darling." He laughed, rubbing his head. It just kind of slipped out.. Maybe because his mother always called him that when he was a young boy.
"Fine, you're an angel." Chase sighed, rolling his eyes sarcastically. What he really wanted to say was a BEAUTIFUL angel. But Chase would never have the nerve to say that.
"An idiot? Do you hate me? You're so full of insults." Chase laughed, shaking his head. Every other word that came out of her mouth was either sarcastic or insulting. Although, he had a slight hunch that Hayley was just playing with his mind. But you could never be to sure.. especially with some girl you just met. "I could amuse you anywhere, not just at the mall." He smiled broadly.

Hayley laughed at him. "Getting a bit defensive there are we?" She grinned at him. She knew he wasn't gay. And really hoped. That would pretty much suck.
Hearing him say she was an angel, Hayley let a smile slip onto her lips. "You finally admit it." She glanced down at the table, taking a slip of her drink.
"Nope. I don't hate you at all." She smiled at him. She was aware she was a really sarcastic person. She just couldn't help it most of the time (: It was just how Hayley's mind worked, and she usually spoke with out thinking about it. "Oh really now?" She raised one eyebrow at him. "Maybe you'll have to prove that."
