Tony has been known to go to a few parties, mostly the relly wild ones that you wouldn't believe unless you were there. He's thrown a few but he mostly just stumbles across them. He lets them find him, he goes with the flow. He normally parties with a group of close friends, and they get high once in a while too. He's not addicted or anything, he just loves the feeling. He loves to party, but what's a party without a hot girl and all your friends? It's not as good, that's what it is.

And he will do anything to have it, including lying and whatever else it takes. He'll lie and cheat and manipulate and whatever else he needs to when anything stands in his way. He has great friends and he knows it and he really is grateful to have them, but he'll stab them in the back in a second if they get in his way. He's extremely manipulative and he's a great liar. He'd do whatever it took, no matter who it would hurt or how much.
