++The happiness of getting closer to peaceful days. ++
A hallway lit by warm lights, and morning sun through pale pellucid glass. Yet another morning brought with a shining sun and cloudless day. Irja was making his way to drop off his unnecessary books, striding across the corridor with a sense of bliss. The weather here was so different from where he was before it left him in awe. Along with the beaches, and though they were not as clear as he had seen in photos, they held a magnificent beauty unlike that of the Atlantic tides.
++The past and the present crosses paths. ++
Noting the numbers along the lockers, he found his, 165, and turning the combination lock pulled it open. Inside was a variety of things he either needed here, or kept here for their protection. Since the picture in his room had been stolen by who knows whom, and the objects he placed here were either precious to him in some way, or just valuable enough he would rather not have them broken or vanishing. Inside he had managed to take apart his violin and cram it on one of the higher shelves, along with small trinkets remaining him of home and alot of his past. Grabbing geology and physics he returned the rest of his books, ready to study for tomorrow's tests.
++ Moonlight, please stay unchanged.++ ++Moonlight, I'm coming to meet you. ++

Although Ryuu was desperately trying to eek out as much absence time as possible, he seriously could not sit in his dorm any longer. It had the faint wiff of prawn tainted vomit, and he’d rather not stick around in there any longer than he had to. He’d left the window wide open, and hoped the smell in there would be much more seaside city smelling than Ryuu-had-food-poisoning smelling. Walking dejectedly down the corridor, he stopped at his locker - 85, on the end of a row next to a window - and opened it up. He grabbed a few books and then slammed it shut again, not bothering to lock it, and headed towards his next class room. He was desperate - and I mean desperate - to see Jared, but he knew they didn’t have any lesions together till after lunch. Hopefully he’d catch up with him then.
Unfortunately for Ryuu, still feeling tender in the stomach and with a headache starting to grow behind his eyes, he spotted Irja. Although Ryuu wanted to avoid Irja, he just couldn’t resist having a dig at him. Walking up behind him, he bent down and peered at his twin’s arse, like he was trying to see if anything was up it. Straightening up, he stroked his chin. “Hum, seems like Fly finally dislodged whatever he stuck up there. You’re walking pretty well this morning,” he smirked evilly. Irja’s boyfriend was Ryuu’s favourite subject to tease him on, because quite frankly he hated Fly’s guts. It might have been something to do with the fact that Fly took his brother’s virginity, and that Ryuu felt a kind of ‘protective older brother fending off men from his little sister’ towards his brother, who was only younger by a few minuets. But he also didn’t like Fly as a person, and the picture he’d swiped from his brother’s room - curse his childhood habits - confirmed the fact that he thought Fly was an absolutely freaky tosser.

++From a distant place, the transience from the past ++
Irja let his bag drop from his shoulder onto the ground, and began to place his books side by side into the hollow the worn fabric shaped. He had not played his violin for a long while, at least since he had started here, feeling a drop of spirit as he looked over the dusty face of the instrument. It had always brought him a feeling of reassurance, it's sad music falling and rising, or a joyful tune blazing quickly through the air with confidence. Lacking the time to even practice he was sure his fingers were rusty with the violin, but he still longed to play it. Pulling it off of it's 'safe' place in his locker he gently placed it in it's case, also located on a shelf, and into his bag. Perhaps he'd find time later to tune it and string a short melody. Slinging the postal bag over his head onto his shoulder, he smiled, closing the metal locker.
++In order to make you smile, reflects silently. ++
He had not noticed the presence of Ryuu behind him, and jumped at the sound of his voice as though he had just been hit. Whatever cheerful mood he had accumulated just dropped to the bedrock in a sea of dread. He turned slowly to face his brother, a grim expression forming by his twin's remark. " If you just came to say that, Fuck off. Your being a shithead about everything is none of my concern. " he grumbled, pulling a set of bangs out of his eyes. Though he admitted perhaps he had forgotten the feeling of walking normally after being with fly for so many years.
++Your light is my guide, as I walk out of confusion.++

Ryuu tipped back his head and laughed when Irja jumped. In the end, he was clutching at his stomach as a stitch grew, and he gasped for breath. “Oh god, you’re classic!” he spluttered between laughter, trying to stop the convulsions of his lungs before he threw up again. It would be funny if he puked all over Irja, but he really didn’t fancy having to go back to bed for another three days. He managed to stop laughing, and straightened up, running a hand through his hair and adjusting the strap of his messenger bag. “Are you still with that tosser?” he asked, rolling his eyes incredulously. He didn’t understand what Irja thought was so great about the gay, French rock star wannabe. “I don’t see what you like about him. All he wants is to get up your ass. But then again, I guess he’s the only one, so you don’t really have much of a choice, do you?” he smirked. Ryuu, being much more seme than his brother, teased him incessantly about being uke. Most of the time it was jokes about people getting up his ass, but Ryuu was a total hypocrite and never admitted his first few boyfriends were semes.
A few people were glancing at them curiously, and he frowned. Had they caught on to their conversation, and the fact that the twins would start ripping each other’s throats out anytime soon? Ryuu crossed his arms and lent against the locker next to Irja’s. It was still a good twenty five minuets before lesions started, and Ryuu was in no mind to get there early. “You know, you really should keep your dorm locked when you’re not in,” he smirked, wondering if Irja would get his not so subtle hint. He wanted to ask his twin about Claire and his baby, but wanted to be a bit indirect about it.

× Illuminated by the cold sun ×
The day had already gone awfully, and Ryuu was not making the future of it look any more appealing. Fingering the lock he turned his head to toss a harsh glare at his twin.
