She nodded. "But laughing always makes them funner." She thought for a moment. "Well, there's a few things that it would just make it awkward." She laughed slightly.
She shrugged. "I just don't want you to embarrass yourself." Feeling him stop tickling her, and pulling her close, she smirked at him. She shook her head at him, telling her she wasn't going to talk, and he wasn't going to tickle her. She tilted her head up, kissing him lightly.

“That is very true…” He didn’t want to admit it, but it was true. He raised an eyebrow as she said there were a few things to make it awkward. “Such as…”
He rolled his eyes. “But I will prove to you one day.” He just gave her a smirk before laughing for no reason. Watching her shake her head at him, he sighed, about to reach over and start tickling her again when he felt her kiss him. Eyes wide for a second, he kissed her back gently, and in that moment, he forgot everything. He forgot where he was, who he was. Hell, he even forgot the day.

"I won again!" She smiled at him, biting her lip softly. She paused thinking. "Well, sex for one. That's just awkward if your laughing. In court is another one. That's just plain stupid. When your telling someone how much you hate them would be another one." She smiled at him.
She raised one eyebrow at him. "That's fine. I'm not objecting. I just don't want you to embarrass yourself. I mean, you just kinda give off the.. very small vibe." She bit her lip, trying to hold back laughter. She smiled to herself when she felt him kiss her back. She let herself get lost in the kiss, not even thinking. And she highly doubted she could even think if she wanted to. She let her hands move to his hair, tangling them into his hair.

He rolled his eyes. ‘Don’t get used to it, Princess.” But he grinned at her. Hearing her list different situations where laughing would not be fun, he couldn’t help but laugh. “Laughing in court is fun; it kills that stuffy old-people mood. And when you tell someone you hate them and laugh, it just shows you really hate them. Now, during sex…that’s just mean.”
He listened to her, and he dropped his mouth in shock. “You did not just go there.” He raised an eyebrow at her, but there was a smirk playing on his lips. He could feel her hands in his hair, and he raised his eyebrows through the kiss; he’d just met the girl and here they were. Wow. He wasn’t complaining though. He deepened the kiss a small bit, running one of his own hands through her hair, the other on the nape of her neck.

"Okay so I've won twice.. I think I'm going to win more than you." She smiled at him lightly. She shook her head. "When you laugh in court, they think you don't care so they're more strict on you. And when you tell someone you hate them and then laugh, they might think your just joking. And during sex.. It's awkward and mean. I'd feel horrible if I was like banging a guy and he like.. started to laugh at me. "
She rolled her eyes at him. "I think I did." She smirked right back at him, laughing softly. She smiled through the kiss when she felt his hand in her hair. She reluctantly broke the kiss, leaving her forehead resting against his. She smiled at him, still not saying anything. Even if she was talking to him, she doubted she would even be able to say anything.

He rolled his eyes at her. “Okay, just because you’ve one two doesn’t mean it’ll keep happening, okay? No need to get a big ego over that” But he grinned at her all the same. Hearing her reasons, he thought. “But laughing shows you have character, and that you aren’t afraid of the consequences. Or that you have courage and guts. And if you show that to people….they sometimes go easy on you. Now, with the person you hate…if you laugh, it just deepened on how. If you do that ‘I hate you’ kind of laugh, then they wouldn’t really think you’re kidding. Now during sex, I agreed it’d be mean. Like..if some girl laughed at me in the middle of it, what else am I supposed to think she’s laughing at? The ceiling?” He raised an eyebrow at her.
He pretended to glare at her. He turned so that he was facing the other direction, crossing his arms over his chest. Two could play that game. Feeling her break the kiss, he pulled back, taking a breath before feeling her forehead on his. He smiled down at her, and this time it didn’t bug him that she wasn’t saying anything. He didn’t want to either; it would just ruin the moment horribly.

She smiled at him. "It means I'm going to win everything." She paused. "Okay, I can understand the court thing. But some people are stupid and would be like 'Oh, he's laughing because he doesn't care.' and when your saying I hate you, it could come off as joking. Some people AKA me, can't do a mean laugh. And a girl could be laughing at your smallness." She tried to keep a straight face when she said it, but it didn't work out all that well. She wasn't any good at keeping straight faces, especially with Will.
She pouted slightly when he turned his back to her. "Oh.. okay. Fine.. I guess I'll just leave if you don't wanna talk to me anymore." She stood up from her seat, turning in the other direction. She started to walk away slowly, glancing over her shoulder to see what he was doing.
She glanced down when he smiled at her, and she blushed. She let her arms fall from his neck to her sides. She rested her hands on either one of his thighs, still smiling. She looked back up at him, a slight blush still on her her cheeks. She couldn't even find words to say right now, she wasn't even sure if she could remember her name right now.

He rolled his eyes at her. “I’ll let you think that.” He listened to her ‘reasoning’, and he sighed. “Then it’s not my fault they’re dolts. And with the mean laugh, just because you can’t do it doesn’t mean that everyone else in this world can’t do it. And that is not true. If there was any reason to laugh, it would be because of random tickling in the middle of it.” He shrugged; okay, so he might have lost the last one. But he tried.
He listened to her, and he looked over his shoulder to see her going off in the other direction. He gave her a few seconds head start before getting up, running after her before placing his hands lightly on her waist, turning her around. “I never said that. I just turned around.” He smirked down at her.
Seeing her blush, he couldn’t help but smile. It felt weird, in a good way. Feeling her hand on his thighs, he wanted to shiver, but he held back. For some reason that little motion made him feel weird. He tilted his head at her as she looked up at him before lifting her head up gently, kissing her softly.

She tilted her head slightly, smiling. "You know I'm going to win everything." She paused, thinking for a moment. "Yeah, but you'll still lose the court battle thing cause they're dolts. Duh. And most people can't pull off a mean laugh, and it actually sound like a mean laugh." She rolled her eyes at him. "And why would you randomly start tickling someone in the middle of sex? They'd be like creeped out. Cause they'd be all in the moment and then you'd tickle them, and it would kill the moment."
She smiled when she felt his hands on her waist. She let him turn her around and said "Well that was mean. You're not supposed to turn around. Only girls are allowed to do that." She nodded at him, matter of factly.
She was a little surprised when she felt his lips on hers, but a good surprised. It took her a few moments to realize what was happening, but she let her eyes flutter closed, and snaked her arms around him, pulling herself as close as she could to him. She deepened the kiss a little bit, smiling to herself. She really had no idea what to think right now. She didn't really even know exactly what was happening. She moved one of her hands up to his hair, tangling her pale fingers in his dark hair. She hadn't ever felt like this after knowing someone for such a short time, and it was sort of scaring her, but in a good way.

He shook his head at her. “You will not.” He smirked at her. He internally sighed; this argument would last forever. But he wasn’t going to give up. “Then that’s not my fault. That’s the fault of the parents that dropped those dolts on their heads as infants. And many people can do that! Just because you haven’t met someone like that yet, doesn’t mean it won’t happen.” He listened to her last reasoning, and he laughed. “Who knows? Maybe the partner is a psychotic person.” He shrugged dramatically, trying to hold back a bit of laughter.
He was soon facing her. He raised an eyebrow as she talked. “There’s no law saying guys can’t turn around.” He shrugged; as if to make his point, he turned around in a complete circle before turning back to her. “See?”
He could tell he had her surprised, but those kinds of kisses were the best. He felt her arms around him before feeling her hand running through his hair as she deepened the kiss. He shivered as he felt her fingers in his hair; he’d never done this with a girl he’d only known for about half an hour, but he wasn’t complaining in the slightest. She was a unique person; one that he definitely wanted to get to know and be friends with. And judging from what was happening, maybe more than just friends.

She nodded at him. "I'm going to win everything. You have no say in it." She paused, rolling her eyes. "But you'll still lose the case. But that means most of the population can't do it. I think like maybe 20 percent of the population can do that mean laugh." She rolled her eyes at him hearing what he said next. "Seriously, how many people would willingly have sex with a psychotic person?"
"Yeah there is. In my mind there is." She rolled his eyes when he turned around in a complete circle. "Looks like I have to walk away again." Truthfully, she wasn't going to. She enjoyed being in his arms. She enjoyed just being with him. She wrapped his arms around his waist, resting her head on his shoulder.
She felt him shiver, and couldn't help but smile under the kiss. She was really confused about this whole situation. She hadn't ever done this with a guy she'd known for such a short time, but for some reason, she didn't mind at all. She was loving every moment of being with him. He had a wonderful personality, and was really cute. What more could a girl ask for? She let herself pretty much melt into him, smiling under the kiss.

He looked at her before sighing, holding his hands up in defeat. “Fine, fine. I’m not going to argue about that again.” He looked up at her, grinning. Hearing her, he rolled his eyes. “Not even twenty! Like…..forty-four. And what if you didn’t know they were psychotic? That wouldn’t be your fault; you’d have been lied to.” He shrugged. “That, or you’re afraid they’ll beat you up by thinking you are a German Nazi and it’s World War II or something.”
He rolled his eyes at her. Hearing her say she’d walk away, he raised an eyebrow. Feeling her rest her head on his shoulder, he smiled down at her. “Really, now?”
He could feel her up against him, and his mind once again went to the fact that they hadn’t known each other for that long. Should he be doing this with her? He really wanted to; hell, he might even have liked her. Like, a lot. But that didn’t mean they should be doing this…but he told himself to relax, and he did as he deepened the kiss slightly, pulling her closer to him than before, if it was possible.

She smiled at him when he held up his hands in defeat. She held back the urge to point out that she had just won again. She didn't want to start anything. She rolled his eyes at him once again. "That's still not even half the population! Then you'd just be plain stupid. How could you not tell if someone is psychotic?" She paused, raising her eyebrow at him. "Then you should call the cops of that happens."
She looked up at him using her eyes, not moving her head. She nodded slightly. "Yeah. In a little while though. I'm perfectly fine here." She smiled at him, chewing on the inside of her lip slightly.
She let her mind wander from the kiss, thinking about if she should pull away. Really, she hadn't known him for that long, but she wanted this. But she didn't even know if he liked her; he could just be wanting some. She quickly felt herself snapped from her thoughts, feeling him deepen the kiss and pull her closer. She moved both her hands to his chest, smiling to herself.

He had been expecting her to say something to him, but when she didn’t, he raised an eyebrow. Interesting. He listened to her, and he couldn’t help but laugh. “It’s closer than twenty percent, though! And I don’t think everyone can easily tell if someone’s psychotic. I mean, look at me. Would you think I was psychotic when you first saw me?” He raised an eyebrow. “I should…I doubt they’d believe me, but I should.”
He didn’t know whether she was looking at him or not, but he didn’t care. Hearing her, he laughed. “That’s good.”
Everything was just happening so fast, it was almost scary for Will to realize this. Naturally he would have pulled back. But of course he didn’t. Not yet. He didn’t want to ruin this. He deepened the kiss much more than before as he ran a hand through her hair. But feeling her hands on his chest, he snapped out of it. Pulling back, he took a deep breath, looking at her before giving her a breathless smile.

She smiled at him when he raised his eyebrow at him. She rolled her eyes at him. "Yeah, but still most of the population can't do it, so most people can't laugh while telling someone they hate them." She shook her head at him. "If your a psychopath, then I think my whole judgment system is screwed up." She gave him a look and said "I think they'd believe you if you were screaming your head off about a crazy person attacking you or something."
She nodded her head slightly. "I think so too." She picked her head up off his shoulder, leaving her arms wrapped around him. She looked up at him smiling.
Hayley felt his hand in her hair, and then him pulling away. She was kind of disappointed, but at the same time happy. Seeing him smile at her, she smiled at him softly, a blush covering her cheeks. She found it slightly embarrassed that that had just happened. She realized her hands were still on his chest, and dropped them slowly, clasping them tightly in her lap. She looked down at her hands, finding them suddenly insanely interesting.
