Personality:
Rose is usually understanding. She can't help but make either an extremly sarcastic, depressing, or optimistic comment. Usually it's just the opposite of the situation. Usually she has a pair of headphones on and a glazed look over her eyes. And even when you take the headphones off she's still got the glazed look and is either tapping out the rythems on her desk or is singing it under her breath.
School isn't her best friend. In fact it could be considered her worst enemy. She has an issue with sitting still. Another problem would be the teaching methods. She can't stand how everything is lecture style. This usually leads to breaking a rule or two.
She won't go out of her way to be nice to anyone but she'll respect them until they insult her. Then things get out of hand. She won't start a fight but she can sure finish them.
Background:
She had a perfect life. Until she decided that she didn't want to grow up to be exactly like her mom. She started acting like herself instead of what they wanted her to be and the result was being kicked out of her old school. Considering it was a catholic school and she was agnostic it was a good thing. Or at least she thought so, her parents not so much.
She started working when she was 14. She worked a number of jobs. By the end of her freshman year she had saved up for a good guitar. Her parents had bought her sax for school band.
After being kicked out her parents sent her off. It was a relief for her. After growing up with two younger siblings and strict parents that wouldn't accept her boarding school was looking pretty good. Leaving her friends was tough but she got through.
