It had been a long day at school, and Bridgette was just looking for a little escape. She had heard about the swimming pool near the school by word of mouth. Bree was really interested in heading down to the beach. Salt water got kind of gross after awhile.
After walking from Watson to the building which held the pool, she went into the locker rooms to change into a black tankini. She threw her blonde hair up into a very messy bun and strolled out the doors, while the smell of chlorine hit her face.
Bree placed a white towel on the bench with her pink plaid bag which held her clothing from earlier. She then walked over to the side of pool, letting her toes barely touch the water.

Astoria decided to take a break from homework, she needed to hang out with her friends but didn't have any credit to ring anyone.
She grabbed her bag from the side of her bed, and went over to her wardrobe to find her bikini. She hadn't been swimming in a while, so it might be a fun idea.
Stuffing the blue suit in her bag she made her way to the leisure building. After changing into her bikini she stuffed her bag in a locker, and exited the changing rooms. She was surprised to see that the pool was nearly empty, apart from an older blonde girl. Astoria didn't recognise her, but on first impressions she looked nice. She walked over, chucking her pink towel on the same bench as she crossed the wet floor. "Hiya" She said shyly, giving Bridgette a small smile.

Bridgette heard foot steps coming from the girl's locker room. She noticed a girl with a pink towel, place it next to her belongings. When the girl said 'Hiya' to Bridgette, the girl nearly jumped out of her suit. She was surprised that the girl had even said anything to her.
"Oh, hi." Bridgette said, friendly. She smiled back at the girl, while walking over to where the one with red hair was standing.

Astoria recognised her, but couldn't put a name to her face. She could swear she was in Junior year. Thats probably why she didn't know her. She looked like a typical popular, not the kind of person to really like Astoria. But looks weren't everything, right?
She put on a smile, "I'm Astoria" She said happily, "I've seen you around school" She added, as she started walking over to the warmed pool. "I'm only a sophomore" She added. Once you got her talking, you usually couldn't stop, unless she didn't like you.

Bridgette looked the new girl down, she seemed familar. Of course Bree saw her at school once or twice.
"Astoria?" Bridgette questioned, tapping her chin. "Is your last name Farro?" She asked, tilting her head to the left. "I think I've heard of you before."
"I'm Bridgette. I'm a junior." She told her, a smile on her face. Bree wasn't like most highschool popular girls. She didn't mind talking to people who godforbid, weren't like her. The junior actually enjoyed meeting new people.

Astoria sat on the edge of the pool, dangling her short legs over the side, the water reaching her ankles. She nodded to Bree's question, "Yeah" She replied, "Astoria Farro" She smiled. She'd heard of her, she didn't think people knew her last name, especially the older students. She was just happy blending in, well it was difficult with her hair and sense of fashion.
"Heard of me?" She laughed, curiously, was there a rumour about her or something. Now she was getting paranoid. "Nice too meet you" Astoria then said, with a smile as she turned back to look at the girl.

Mimicking what Astoria had just done, Bridgette sat down at the edge of the pool. She let her feet fall into the rather warm water. It felt good.
"Yeah, I don't know. I guess I just heard your name around school." Bree said, shrugging her shoulders. "Nice to meet you too." She said, laughing a bit. "Who do you hang out with..?" Bree asked, "Maybe your friends are friends with mine?"

Astoria traced the water with her feet, forming some kind of invisible drawing. She shrugged, she hadn't seen her friends in a while. "Delaney Konstantine?" She said, her best friend coming to mind first. "She's a freshman" She added, doubting Bridgette knew her. "Jude Lawson, Chloe Cullen, Avery Parker" She continued, stopping there. She smiled, "What about you? I probably won't know you're friends though..."

"Nope, don't know Delaney. Probably because she's a freshman and all." Bridgette said, nodding her head. "I don't really know them that well.." Bree sighed, relizing she didn't know practically anyone at her school. It was kind of sad.
"My friends are Christian Richards and Isabella Jade..." Bree said sadly. "I swear, I had more friends then that previously! They just moved.." She replied, looking down at the water.

Astoria smiled, she didn't think Bridgette would know her friends. The same was to be said about Astoria and Bree's own friends. "The names don't ring a bell" She laughed, as she tried to remember either Christian or Isabella.
She giggled at her next statement, of course a girl like her had more friends. "Lots of people seem to be moving these days" She said in reply, it was true. Danni had moved back to England, and a junior she knew, Rosalie Hale had left as well.

"Maybe you'll run into one of them one day." Bridgette told Astoria, while adjusting the straps on her black tankini. "Yeah, I know. Everyone is moving... I guess private school isn't for them?" She sighed, thinking about her dorm room mates and other friends that had moved on. "But yeah, a lot of people moved.. more then I have ever remembered!" Bree announced, looking Astoria in the eyes.

"I've always wanted to go to a boarding school" Astoria replied, playing with her red extensions and pondering on whether or not it would be okay to get them wet. She'd practically begged her parents to send her to Watson Academy. "I love it here" She smiled.
"I don't really have many friends though" She admitted, "I do miss my ones from Franklin"

"Yeah, boarding school is nice." Bridgette argreed, with a smile on her face. "I'm starting to like it better then public." She laughed, remembering her times in middle school back in Pennsylvania.
"Is Franklin in England?" Bridgette asked, for she was confused. "Or America? Or somewhere totally different?" She asked, laughing at herself.

Astoria tucked her red extensions behind her hair once more, this was the longest she had ever had her hair, apart from the time she had yellow and orange extensions, but they'd only lasted a week because she couldn't be bothered to look after them. You shouldn't straighten you're extensions. It turns out bad.
"I used to go to an all girls school" Astoria laughed, thats why she sometimes shy around the guys, but also a but too forward. She felt comfortable talking to Bridgette, she didn't feel the need to impress her or anything. It was nice. "Oh Franklin's in Tennessee" She replied with a smile, "I'd love to go to England"

Bridgette smiled, looking from the pool water, then up to Astoria, as she talked. "Oh Tennessee. Show's you how much I know about geography." Bree laughed, shaking her head back and forth. "Englands really pretty, in like the pictures I've seen." Bridgette pointed out, informing Astoria.
