Alex swung his arm, taking hers with him, it reminded him of when he was a child. When you were in infant school and you used to skip along next to your parents swinging your arms all happy. Except Alex never did that.
For some reason he was in an extremely happy mood, and just smiled at Dakota.
"Lets just see where we end up" He laughed.

Dakota started to skip and grinned at him. "Okay." She said, shrugging. "Heeeeyyyyy Alleeeexxx?" She looked over at him, still skipping, "What's yer favorite color?"

Alex laughed at her random question, he shrugged, "It changes on a day to day basis" He answered as he looked across at her with a smile.
He was still swinging his arm, making him feel young and carefree again, he sighed to himself and took a deep breath of the fresh hair. One more year of school, then he could study what he wanted; he'd have to leave Dakota though.

Alex pondered, as he looked up at the sky, and wrapped his arms around Dakota's small frame. "Midnight" He said simply, "The colour of the sky right now, reminds me of you" He said with a smile, playing with her hair.

Dakota looked up at him and crinkled her nose. "Ohhhh!!" She said, her eyes getting wider, "I met someone new last night!" She found her fingers playing with the ends of his hair and continued "Liam. He's pretty cool." She puffed up her cheeks, kinda like a blow fish and let out the air in her cheeks, making a 'poof' sound. |

Alex shut his eyes as she blew on her but couldn't help laughing.
"Oh yeah Liam" He said, recognising the name, if she was talking about the same one he knew. "Into cinematography?" He asked, checking if they were on about the same guy.

Alex smiled, but then he sounded slightly surprised when she mentioned what they talked about, "Liam has a girlfriend?" He said, almost shocked. He laughed, and began to play with her hair again. "So what do you want to do?" He asked. |

Alex grinned, "Wonder how long that will last" He muttered, not meaning to be horrible to Liam or anything, but thats what he automatically thought. People had thought that about him and Dakota.
Alex shrugged, a favourite habit of his, he knew what he wanted to do, but he wasn't going to say that.
He held her hand tightly, "I want you to decide" He said with a smile, "Anything you like"

Dakota pouted and said "Nooo. You have to choose." She pushed herself closer to him, kissing him slightly, then pulling away, but leaving her face close to his. She found her hand wandering through his hair. She did that a lot. She was usually suprised when he let her play with it.

Alex frowned, he didn't want to say what was on his mind, he might get a slap or something. LOL. He wrapped his arms around Dakota, and kissed her back eagerly.
"You know you're the only person I let touch my hair" He half laughed, through kissing.

"Don't frown. What do you want to do?" Dakota asked. She was pretty sure she knew. But she was gonna make him say it. :] She pushed her lips back against his and grinned to herself. "Well, I'm glad. I like playing with your hair." She grinned and kissed him again, only a little peck though.
