Her parents stayed together till she was 15 years old then they split.
At first Alyssa was confused, not knowing what to do. It put her love for cheerleading to a hault. For three months, Alyssa was quiet and mostly to herself. Hearing about it, Kyle rushed to her side. He was like her big brother instead of her cousin. He helped her through it and soon she was back to her old self.
Not wanting to stay with her mom nor dad after going from one to the other, she begged them to send her to Watson. They let her go only because Kyle went there and they figured he'd keep their baby "safe".
