I thought this seemed a cool idea : )
If you can think of a cool/ exciting/drama filled plot for you're charrie, but maybe it doesn't quite fit in with things going on around at the time- put it here.
That way you won't forget it : ) and other people can see the plots that you want to happen for you charrie and they could twist their own plots and things to fit in with yours. Sound like a good idea?
