Tony Stonem doesn't skate. He didn't know anyone that did. Hell, he'd never even thought of trying it. He'd probably fall on his face and humiliate himself. And why would he do that? Exactly, Mr. Ego would never do that. So skating was off limits to the 18 year old. But that didn't mean he couldn't hang around the skatepark. Why did he? Well, girls hung out there. Girls looking for guys. And Tony, was a guy. And a good looking one at that. Makes him sound like a bit of a creeper, hanging out somewhere because he knew desperate girls would be there. But he wasn't. He just liked the opposite sex slightly more than his gay best friend. He sat on a banch, one leg folded under him, in a bright pink and black striped collared shirt. (I had to, who doesn't love that shirt. The picture is on my LJ XD) He looked around for someone he knew, or someone hot. With any luck, maybe someone who was both.

Jessica had gotten bored sitting alone in her dormitory; she hadn't really got to know anybody that well, so she thought it would be a good idea to go and look for somebody interesting to talk to. Out of the random places to go to she picked the Skate park, she had never actually trying skateboarding only ice skating was for her, but she reckoned there would be a few people there, seeing as the weather was nice and warm. Her lemon summer dress blew gently in the wind as she crossed the deserted road and entered the skate park through the old iron gates, she could spot a few people, but she didn't recognise them. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea, she'd just be sitting around on her own, but then her blue eyes caught sight of that infamous pink and black stripy polo in the distance. Tony was here.

Tony was still looking around and he didn't see much. Guys skating and being sweaty, Maxxie would approve, girls prowling about the park looking for a halfdecent guy (he was the only one there, obviously), and the occasional girl coming and sitting on his bench. He talked to a few but as one more sat down, he turned his back on her, catching the glint of a bright blue eye. It was Jessica, she was here. Oh yeah, what a long story. He liked her, half to spite her brother, and half cause he really did. He couldn't though, he'd never really liked anyone. He'd had girlfriends, but it wasn't like it meant much. It never had, he never meant much. He was Tony... A smile spread across his face as he saw her spot him. He scooted backwards, meaning to hit the girl who had been there only to find that she had given up and left. He scooted enough to make a space for her, not sure wether or not to wave or motion her over. He could feel his stomach twist, he didn't get why it did that. Probably because she was so beautiful hot.

Of course Tony was here, she thought. He was probably looking for a girl to talk to or something, and by the looks of it he had plenty of interest as another girl sat beside him. Jessica couldn't help but laugh as he ignored her, and she left looking rather irritated. She didn't know what it was about Tony that she found herself attracted to, obviously his looks, but there was something else, and it couldn't be his whore-ish reputation. Many times had she been told about that. She smiled briefly in Tony's direction, he was alone, so was she, so she might as well go say hello. "Hiya" She said cheerfully, sitting down beside Tony, her eyes still following the other girl who was walking out of the gates quite annoyed, "You gave her the cold shoulder" She giggled.

Tony was confused as to why Jessica was here, she didn't need to come to flirt ith guys, she could get any guy she wanted she was a knockout. So why was she here? He started to think about it staring off into nowhere when he realized it didn't matter. She was here, he was here, and with any luck the annoying girl talking to him had left. He checked over his shoulder, she had. Thank God. He smiled as Jessica sat down next to him, his stomach twisting again. It really needed to stop doing that. He hated it, it made him feel weak. Like a pansy, he didn't flip out over girls and wasn't about to start now. That was for sure. He noticed her looking at something, and didn't honestly bother with caring what it was. "Yeah I guess I did, but you're here now. And much better than she is..." He replied with a toothy grin, a flirty look in his eye. He always had one of those, though...

She pushed her hair out of her eyes as the wind blew her fringe into her eyes, she could never decide whether or not she wanted a fringe. She laughed, and hoped she wasn't blushing or anything as he gave her a compliment. The trouble was with Tony, you couldn't always tell whether he meant it or not. He was probably just like all the others, like Alex used to be, and Ryuu, but she refused to accept that was who he was. She smiled up at him, "I was hoping to find someone I knew" She explained, "Haven't had the chance to meet many people" She added, but she didn't know why she was telling him this. "What brings you to the skate park?" She asked, although she could guess the answer.

ooc; i thought you should see this cause i made me laugh so much.
Tony just watched her, she was so pretty it was hard to take his eyes off her. He hoped he could snap out of this, he didn't like being totally over the moon for a girl, he felt totally weak for it. And if there was one thing Tony James Stonem was not, it was weak. He wasn't. And he would never be, under any circumstance. She looked slightly confused, he decided he'd just let it go. It wasn't anything bug, or he thought she'd ask him. Oh whatever, she was just a girl. No she wasn't she was Jess. But Jess was a girl, and that was it. No she's more than a girl. Oh whatever, the mental battle going on was both tiring and solving nothing. "Nothing much brings me here, nice weather, Maxxie's busy, sea breeze. The norm."

Jessica smiled, and turned to look around her, not many people were here; she would have thought it would have been much more busy. It seemed to her that something was bothering Tony, but she knew it wasn't her place to ask. She laughed, she hadn't met Maxxie, but according to things she'd heard the two were inseparable. "I wouldn't have thought you'd be out on your own" She said, thinking that a guy like Tony would have quite a few friends, girl and boy.

Tony looked around slightly awkwardly as she did as well, was that a nonverbal signal that she didn't want to talk to him anymore...? He smiled involuntarily as she laughed, her laughter made him laugh even if he didn't want to. That could be interpreted as good or bad. He smiled as she said something about him being on his own. "Maxxie's dancing, if he wasn't I wouldn't be. You should meet him, he's great. Although all my girlfriends tend to fall in love with him, even though he's gay. Promise me you won't." He smiled. He did have quite a few friends, even more enemies, and he didn't want to be around any of them today. Well, except Max. He never got tired of Maxxie.

She pushed a strand of her wavy brown hair out of her eyes, she grinned, she thought it was rather sweet that two guys could be such good friends. Jessica always thought that guys never got close. She laughed, "So he's gay but... they still fawn over him" She said slightly confused, this kid must be really good looking or something, but she wouldn't know. "I promise" She added, with a smile, the truth was at the moment she could only imagine herself with Tony, but she knew that would never happen. Tony wasn't one to have relationships, and her brother and friends probably wouldn't allow it. She imagined if Nathaniel were to walk by, and remembering the last time... she hoped he wouldn't. "So you and Maxxie must be really close then?" She said with a smile, getting her thoughts back onto the current subject.

Tony watched Jess mess with her hair, smiling like she was. He loved her smile, it was so pretty. If she smiled, he wouldn't ever be able to think she was lying about someting. It was that sort of smile. He loved that about her. He seemed to be picking out a lot of things he loved about her today in the last ten minutes. "Yeah pretty much, they say he's cuter than me. Which I totally don't believe, I mean c'mon." He shifted his eyes down and up, as if looking himself up and down. It sounded pretentious and Maxxie probably was better looking than him, but he didn't care. He was trying to impress a girl. He scooted closer to her and smiled. "Yeah we are, I've known him since I was thirteen. He's the best. I trust that kid with my life..."

As she watched him she giggled stupidly, she didn't know why she was acting like this, she'd told herself she wouldn't, but no she just couldn't help it. Tony did have some odd effect on girls, let alone just her. Jessica totally agreed that he was cuter than Maxxie, well she hadn't met Maxxie, but whatever. She could feel her heart skip a beat as he seemed to move closer, why couldn't she just act normal around him, she was probably going to freak him out or something. "Thats sweet" she grinned, she wished she had someone like that, "A lot of guys wouldn't admit that" She said with a smile. Why couldn't she stop smiling, what was wrong with her.

Tony smiled as she giggled, she was so adorable he was pretty sure it was going to ruin him. Yeah she was going to be the death of him. "When you meet Max, remind me to ask you whose better looking, me or him." He chuckled, he hoped he already knew the answer to that but he couldn't ever be sure with her. Although right now he thougtht he was getting a certian vibe from her, he thought she was liking him. He shouldn't be too pretentious though. "Yeah I guess it makes me sound really girly."

"Noted" She replied, rolling down the sleeves of her grey cardigan as the wind picked up. Most girls, well some girls would have thought Tony's wit or cocky remarks where just annoying and plain big-headed, and that would normally be the same for Jessica for anyone else. Just not for Tony. "Bet you'd be gutted if I said Maxxie" She joked, laughing a little, although she was almost certain she wouldn't, "Not girly" She continued, "It's cute" She said, before realising that most guys didn't like to be called cute.

Tony saw her fixing her sweater as the perfect oppurtunity to do that lame, pretend to yawn to put your arm around a girl thing. So he did and once his arm was securely arond her, his hand on her shoulder she said something about him being gutted if she said Maxxie. He laughed and smiled at her. "To be honest, I probably would. I like to have all the pretty girls I can on my side. And yeah, cute is juuuuuust what I wanna be." He joked, he would be gutted and he didn't want her to think he was cute. Well, he wouldn't tell what he wanted her to think he was but it sure wasn't cute.
