Jessica found herself almost panicking as she felt Tony's arm around her shoulders and his hand placed gently on her shoulder. She didn't know how to act, was this a sign that he liked her, or was it just friendly. Anyway, even if he did like her, she could guess it wouldn't last. She calmed herself, hoping for the second time she hadn't gone as red as a beetroot, she laughed, sounding slightly nervous, "Well, I think I have already made my decision" She grinned, "Oh yeah, I forgot cute isn't a compliment for you boys" She said with a smile, "Its more, 'Oh my god, you seriously are too sexy" Crap. Did she actually just say that out loud, oh well it wasn't as if she'd actually meant it, it was an example, that just happened to be true. [/font][/blockquote]

Tony noticed her breathing speed up, he was definately not just flattering himself anymore. He was perceptive of these things, being who he was he had to be. He really thought maybe she liked him. Maybe. Hey, if you don't try you'll never know, right? He noticed her slightly blush, her laugh nervously. Her comment made him sure. He could play it off like a joke, or there was plan B. He didn't know wether or not he'd scare her off. Who cared to be honest. He did. He did a lot. More than he should, it worried him. He couldn't care, he never cared about anyone. He laughed and leaned in to her ear, "You are, aren't you?" He whispered quietly to her. In regards to the sexy comment, he had to. He thought it was too clever not to. He pressed a quick kiss to her cheek then sat back agian. A smirk lay plastered on his cocky face and he wondered slightly what she would say.

Her reactions were obvious, she could tell he knew that she was feeling nervous or something along those lines. This wasn't good, what was he going to do. When she heard felt his breath on her ear she nearly died, well not literally, this wasn't even funny, what the hell was she supposed to do. Tony was probably the first ever guy she'd liked, and he wasn't exactly the most sensible choice. When he kissed her, she knew her cheeks were burning by now. God she felt like an idiot.
Crap crap crap... she thought, she felt like a little girl sitting there looking blank. After pulling herself together, she turned to face him, her mouth open to say something, "I..." She shrugged, "I wouldn't know" She said, forcing a laugh, which sounded normal. She wanted a large green alien to fall out of the sky and eat her up at this precise moment. Not only was she making a fool of herself, but worse, in front of Tony. Jessica bit her lip slightly, as she turned away shyly to see if she could spot another familiar face. Anywhere.

Tony had noticed her melt, he had anticipated that sort of a reaction. He normally did. He was just that type of person, he guessed, he could make people melt. It was somewhat of a talent, he laughing refered to it as. He sighed soudning almost defeated as she turned round, not blushing or anything and sounding quite normal. Was it possible that he had been wrong? Maybe she didn't like him. If she didn't, then why wasn't he in some sort of deep sh!t by now. He shrugged, going back to his normal demeanor. "Well could I tell you that you sure as hell are, without being punched in the face?" Even her laugh sounded normal and melodic and beautiful, maybe he had no effect on her? Was that eve possible, normally he and Maxxie always had girls falling at their feet. Maybe she was the fabled one who wouldn't. That would make this chase much more interesting. Because he wasn't going to give up. Tony Stonem gets what he wants.

Jessica was still trying to calm herself down inside, she needed to control herself. She liked to think herself as a good actress, so maybe she didn't look like a deer stuck in headlights, or come across to nervous and excited. Fiddling with her cardigan again she turned back around to face him, shifting in her eat slightly. She laughed, once again she couldn't tell what he might by his compliment, maybe he just wanted a fling or something, but she still felt herself smiling, like any girl would, "Why would I punch you in the face?" She asked, she would never do that, unless he did something completely uncalled for; she wouldn't want to ruin such a pretty face. "It's not like... well" She said, her words probably not making sense, "Like it meant anything suggestive" She shrugged. It was just a friendly compliment, nothing more, right? Because Tony could really get anyone he wanted.

Tony could call her that, but he didn't know she was acting. He didn't think she was nervous or excited or any of those things. He hoped she was, but he didn't think she was. He smiled as her eyes met his. Maybe she was. Maybe she wasn't. He'd just have to work with what he knew. Which was almost nothing at this point. Oh well, he somehow always found a way to make it work. Why would now be any different? Exactly, it wouldn't. Hell, it couldn't if he knew what was good for him. He was in this deep, it would be a little hard to get out now. But why would be want to? He shrugged when she asked why she'd punch him, he could think of plenty of reasons. The first and most selfexplanatory one being the hatred between her brother and him. This would be interesting. "Jess, do you really think I'm just being friendly? Cause I don't talk to my friends like this, in case you haven't noticed... I was kind of hoping you thought I meant it like that, it would make this much easier." Tony smiled, giving her shoulder a slight squeeze.

Jessica put her hands in her lap, fingers entwined nervously as she listened to him speak. Okay maybe she was wrong, he did like her, or at least he did for now. She tried figuring out what he meant, what was he actually trying to say to her. Surely he didn't like her, not as more than just a fling or something. She shrugged, blinking as he looked her straight in the eyes, and looking down at her white satin shoes. "I wasn't really sure" she smiled, but was still lost in his last comment. Make what much easier, "Am I being difficult?" She asked, probably sounding completely ridiculous and naive.

Surely Jessica could be wrong. Tony didn't like her as just a fling, Tony didn't know if he liked her actually. She floored him, made him as close to speechless as the boy could ever be, she made him smile when he didn't want to, she was pretty, he thought everything she did was so cute, he wanted to hug her all the time ; but did he like her. Tony didn't really like people. Well, he did. He liked them until he fxcked them then he got bored. And normally he knew that. But he didn't think of that looking at her. Sure, he would enjoy it but that's not the main focus when he's around her. Which was strange for him... He smiled as she spoke, trying to catch what she was saying through the thicket of his mental debating. "I'm not to sure either. You're not being difficult, I swear you're not. I'm being difficult if anything, I'm getting a little too caught up in all of this... It's nothing. Don't worry about me, I'm okay." He smiled still. He didn't know what he was saying, what was going on. He was talking about feelings. Wait, the closest he had to them. Well sure he had them, he knew he loved a few people, just friends and family. And his sister. He knew he loved Effy and his mom and dad and Maxxie. But besides that he didn't think about feelings too much. They didn't seem important. And the fact that they now seemed to be slightly more than trivial scared him a bit. He was scaring himself...

Jessica had managed to control herself now, and she hoped she didn't look embarrassed or something, although her cheeks were most likely still slightly red, but that was easy, she could blame that on the wind. She looked at him whilst he seemed to be thinking about something that was bothering him. "Caught up in all of what?" She asked, slightly confused, she hadn't meant to say that out loud. What was he not sure of, did he actually like her or was she just hoping too hard that it seemed to be coming true. Of course not. He was Tony Stonem. "You sure you're okay?" She laughed, as he still seemed caught up in his thoughts.

Tony smiled weakly, part real from her blushing, and part fake from his confusion. He didn't want her to think it was her fault. It wasn't. It wasn't the fault of anyone, there was honestly no one to blame for this. He was just confused about a few things. Between girl stuff, graduation, senior passing tests were fast approaching, he missed his sister like crazy and he missed home. All those different and overpowering emotions floating around inside you would make you confused as hell too. He disregarded her first question, this wasn't the time for it. Heck maybe it was. Nothing was too clear right now. Well besides her, she was clear. And the desire to kiss her. That was clear as crystal. "I'm fine, so how have you been lately? Grades good?"

Jessica returned the smile, almost as if she didn't need to think about what she was doing. Like any other girl she couldn't help but smile at Tony, but she didn't want to seem like, i don't know a fan girl or something. She crossed her legs, and fiddled with the pleats in her summer dress, as she listened to his reply. She noticed he'd avoided the first question, but it obviously didn't matter, she wouldn't go into it, it was clear he didn't want to talk about it right now, or not at all. "Oh" She laughed when he mentioned grades, she had been doing okay, but then she was always doing higher than average because she hardly ever went out. Not since she came to Watson, Jess was yet to make a group of friends. "I've been good" She answered with a smile, "Grades haven't changed much, I always seem to find time to do my homework, kinda sad really" She giggled, "That and Ice skating" She added, how could she forget her passion. "So, tell me about you Tony Stonem" She asked, looking at him with a smile. As she came to think about it, she hardly knew anything about him.

Tony had to stop his mind racing when she smiled at him, he loved her smile. That and many other things went fast through his head at the moment. She certianly did not seem like a fangirl, how could she. She wasn't falling all over him, much to his dismay, and she wasn't fangirl screaming, or fangirl crying, or anything freaky really. He looked at her as she messed around with the hem of her dress, she seemed to be paying attention to anything but him. OH WAIT. Did you hear that? That was the sound of Tony James Stonem's ginormious ego becoming ever so slightly smaller because of the blow it just took. Ouchh. He almost didn't notice her light-hearted, girly laughter over the deafening silence of his own thoughts. "I always find someone to trade assignments with. Normally I do the english, Maxxie does the French, someone does the math, and someone does the Chemistry and we all trade." He paused as she asked him to talk about himself using his full name. He never took to his whole name, well, his whole whole name ; Antony Stonem. He thought it made him sound crouchy and old. "About me. There's not much, to be honest. I like girls, I like myself, and I like girls who like me. And parties and that's just about it."

Pushing her hair out of her eyes, for what seemed like the fifteenth time that afternoon, she opened her mouth, "Quite a system going on there then" She grinned, it was actually. She pushed herself back onto the seat, after realising she'd only just been perching on the edge, as if she was afraid of getting wet paint marks on the back of her dress, except the bench hadn't been painted, but you know what i mean. She hadn't realised Tony's arm was still resting on the bench beside her, and the touch of skin other than hard wood made surprised her, but hopefully she didn't just look like a complete idiot. "Pretty simple guy" She answered, putting on a smile, as she always did when around him. He liked girls, she didn't know what to think of this, she knew he did, but why did it bother her so much. Annoying as it was she couldn't deny that she really liked Tony Stonem. But she didn't want to be a one night stand. She shook her head, unaware that she hadn't actually been thinking aloud so it didn't matter, "You know I haven't been to one of these watson parties yet!" She added randomly, maybe, she thought, it was because Seniors didn't really want to invite Juniors to the biggest parties.

Tony watched her fuss with her hair, he wanted to grab her wrist and put her hand in her lap. Her hair looked great, unfixed and fixed alike. He always like how she looked. Who wouldn't, she was really pretty. He might say one of the prettier girls he knew, along with Hayley Steele, Astoria Farro, Anna Blaire, Holly Kennedy, and a few others. They had a common quality, they all had the same hair to an extent. They had the same cut of bangs, but there was something else, unique to each of them that made them attractive. He decided not to pick it out of each of them and to just let them remain hot girls in his mind. "Simple I guess. From simplicity comes the biggest reward though, appearingly. I have awesome party experiences, and the girls one is obvious. Some people might say it's not worth it," He paused, shaking his head vigerously to get his hair out of his face. It looked windblown and like bedhead a little but who was he to care about it. "But I would have to whole-heartedly disagree." He listened to her talk about parties, and wasn't at all surprised that she hadn't been to one, let alone a good one. He'd never seen her at a party and he went to nearly all of them, besides like BRITTANY'S 14TH BIRTHDAY. LYKOMG. That was an abomination to the word 'party'. He smiled as he pulled her slightly closer to him with his arm, which was still around her shoulder. "I'll take you to one sometime. Just tell me when. I'll be able to find one, no problem."

She had lost all track of time whilst sitting on the bench with Tony, she really couldn't recall how long they had been sitting there talking, it seemed like ages, but it probably had only been a few minutes. She laughed as he next spoke, of course he would have awesome party experience, he was most likely invited to every single one. Again with the girls, she knew he wouldn't change, well not change in a long time. Maybe it would be best, for her, if she didn't act so friendly with him, he probably knew she liked him. "What's not worth it?" She asked, wondering if she suddenly sounded naive or stupid, but she hadn't quite understood what he meant.
She smiled at his offer, "Sounds good to me" but she wasn't sure if these parties would be. It depended on what kind of party, sure she drank, but she hated it when almost every around her was drunk and not her. But once again, she'd never experienced that.... so she wouldn't know. As he pulled her closer, she felt herself frozen again, not physically, but she couldn't think of anything else to say to him. Her brain had, i don't know melted or something, whatever came out of her mouth in her next attempt to speak would probably be utter gibberish.
