After gazing into each other’s eyes, silently, Chase decided he was ready. Ready for what he wanted to do for a while now. He smile one more time before, reaching for her neck, drawing her closer, and letting his lips gently press against her’s. Chase wasn’t a skilled kisser, but he had watched enough movies and television shows to know what to do. He wondered what Avery would think! Chase hoped she wouldn’t be disgusted. That would be just plain awful. But still, Chase Hill had kissed Avery Parker. That was just amazing in itself. |

Avery hadn't felt it in the air, she knew he liked her but she totally hadn't seen that coming. Not that she was going to stop him or anything, ha yeah right. She felt electrified at just his touch, he could make her feel like no one really had before that. And she loved every second of it. He wasn't half bad either, not that she was any expert but she'd most likely kissed someone more times than him. But never like this. She'd always just made out, always just had friends with benifits. Nothing like this, nothing that wasn't screaming 'LETS HAVE SEX', but instead was saying 'I really care about you'. Because she did really care about him. She decided not to take this way too fast, that would ruin it. She pulled away and just looked at him with the biggest smile of all on her face. She blinked, speechless for one of the only times in her life.

Chase was honestly very surprised. And pretty happy with himself that he actually kissed her. He was on a roll with all these flirtatious lines and then this kiss. Chase was beaming inside and out. This kid may have just beaten the record for falling head over heels in the fastest time ever recorded. But it was true. Chase did like Avery, a lot.
As Avery pulled away, Chase felt himself grinning like crazy. He gazed into her eyes and said, "I hope you didn't mind that.." It felt kind of stupid to say, but Chase couldn't control what came out of his mouth. His brain just wasn't working properly at this moment in time.. |

Avery smiled, going back subconciously to biting her lip. Her hair fell into her eye and she brushed it out of the way quickly. Avery felt really freaking good right about now. She'd just been kissed by a guy she really liked and she was just hanging out with him and they were both having a really good time. That seemed like a really good thing at the current time. And it was. She felt really good, also, that she could make him smile like that without even doing anything. Most guys didn't even grin like that after... well, it didn't even matter anymore. "Who would mind..." That probably wasn't the smartest of lines but she didn't care and he most likely wouldn't either.

As Avery brushed a couple strands of her brunette hair away, Chase ran his fingers through his hair. He didn't even think about it, he just did it. But that was how it was lately. Doing things without it even crossing his mind. Like with the kiss and everything.
Chase laughed at Avery's comment. "You're too cute." He said, and went in for another kiss. |

Avery smiled at Chase. He was really sweet and a real gentleman, not like any guy she'd been around before that. It was a great change. She laughed a little bit when he spoke, he was the same way. She smiled as he kissed her again, that was the best feeling. She moved her hand until it was draped around one of his shoulders and she smiled into it. She was really happy at that moment.

Chase was practically dying inside. In his opinion, he was kissing the prettiest girl in school. Chase was laughing while kissing her. Not that anything was funny. No not at all. He was just enjoying this little event on the kitchen floor. Avery made Chase's life about a million times better in these last ten minutes or so. |

Avery, too, was about to die. He was, in not only her opinion, the hottest guy in school. And he kissed her.She noticed him laugh and knew wexactly what it was about, she had that same feeling. She pulled away, it might be fun to mess with him a little. She tried to look suspicious but just ended up smiling like an idiot. "What's so funny?" She grinned.

Chase tried to stop laughing, but it only resulted in a huge smile upon his face. "Nothing, just that I never really thought I'd ever have the nerves to kiss you." He said, still smiling like a complete idiot.

Avery wanted so badly just to AWEEEEEE when Chase spoke. He was one of the nicest people she knew... She instead scooted closer to him and laid her had on his shoulder. "I'm really glad that you did." She smiled, big enough to match his, and bit her lip again.

Chase's heart melted as she said those sweet words and rested her head on his shoulder. This girl had a way with words, that's for sure. "I'm really glad you said something to me at the mall." He smiled, pulling her even closer. Chase liked that Avery was resting her head on his shoulder. It made him feel really good, and really manly. For some reason, those were the feelings he got. xD

Avery smiled and closed her eyes for a second. They hdn't even watched a movie. She had no idea how long she'd been there and she didn't really care. "I'm glad I met you." She said, it was true, she could imagine what would have happened without him. She would have probably gone out with her friends and met some jerk and gotten hurt, or just skipped the friends part. She was happy that that wouldn't be happening, she could somehow feel that he wouldn't be like that. This was different somehow. She smiled, being pulled closer to him. She loved this.

Chase grinned when those precious words slipped from her mouth. "Me too!" He said, agreeing with his girlfriend?! The thought of them being boyfriend and girlfriend flashed through his mind. What would people say at school? Chase wasn't quite sure, but he didn't really care. |

Avery just looked at Chase as he smiled. She didn't really know what he was smiling at. She hadn't thought of them being boyfriend and girlfriend, she hadn't had a boyfriend in so long she never thought of it anymore. It wasn't really a reachable option as far as she was concerned.

Never in his life had Chase felt this happy. He had never smiled so much in so little time. His life was finally making sense. Avery was making Chase's life a million times better. And the girl wasn't even trying. "So.." Chase laughed nervously, looking around the kitchen. He was at a loss for words. He had no idea what to say! |
